Summer's POV.

"It's been a while!" I mumbled softly as I walked down the halls, my hand tracing a parallel line along the way, leading me to the Alpha's room with a mixture of anticipation and worry.

Reaching his door, I grasped the knob and swung it open, only to be greeted by silence and an empty space, an absence that echoed through the room.

I entered the room, my confusion growing as I wondered where they had disappeared so suddenly.

The Alpha was supposed to be in his room, and the unexpected emptiness heightened my sense of unease.

I looked around, trying to understand what was happening, when, just then, my gaze fell upon his bed again.
