Chapter 11: The Pack House

Hannah:

"Like I said before, I do not have time to introduce you personally to the pack. It's a good thing Miss Carter is here; she can help you with what you need," Alpha Daniel said.

He turned towards Cleo. "You're helping her get situated in one of the rooms in the pack house. A few clothes will be nice as well." And with that, he was off, leaving just me and Cleo in the forest.

"That was fast. Normally, it’d take a longer, more boring speech," she pondered for a bit. "Count yourself lucky—you don’t have to go through all that."

I didn’t know what to think about it, as this was my first-ever initiation. But I was not expecting the blood part a bit. I wish someone would have told me what to expect, though.

"Shall we go over to the pack house now?" she asked. As we were the only ones in the forest circle, there was no point in us being there any longer.

I nodded. We both made our way to her car and began our drive back to the pack house.

Chapter 12: Attack Hannah: "Tyrell!" A look of disbelief was written across her face. "What are you doing here?" Arya asked as she shot a suspicious glance between the two of us, her voice reduced to a lower level as she took a step back. Tyrell ignored her question and, with a bit of pressure hanging in the air, repeated, "What are you doing here?" Arya visibly gnashed her teeth under the weight of his words, her eyes shifting between the both of us before she stammered a response. "I... I was only—" she hesitated, struggling to find her footing. "I was only here to greet the new members. To welcome them into our pack, that's all," she declared, taking another step back. "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear what you said earlier," Tyrell said coolly, though irritation, and perhaps a hint of hurt, flickered across his face. "Since you've seen her, you can take your leave." "Yes, Beta," Arya muttered, clearly subdued. I doubted she could say anything else under the palpable tensio

Chapter 13: Rogues In The Woods Hannah: I felt my whole life flash before my eyes. It wasn't a long life, full of pain and suffering. I had always been afraid to die, even though I had no real future prospects left, no one would have really missed me if I did die. Cleo was a bit further away from me, and I couldn't see how she was faring. Then again, I didn’t have time to think about her—I was about to be killed. This wasn't how I imagined my death would come. The wolf on top of me raised its massive head, ready to strike. I couldn’t even scream for my pathetic life, how pitiful. My breathing was ragged, my hair a tangled mess, and tears streamed down my face. The wolf’s head descended rapidly toward mine, and I could do nothing but turn to the side and brace for impact, squeezing my eyes shut. I heard a loud growl, followed by the weight lifting off of me. For a moment, I thought, “Is this what death is like? It’s actually not that bad.” Then I realized I wasn't dead

Chapter 14: The Silver Book Hannah: A WEEK LATER It had been a week since my initiation into the Crows Hill pack, and I had yet to be assigned any chores or duties. It was kind of weird not having anything to do since all my life, all I ever did was work. So, I spent my days roaming the lands, helping out when and where I could. One day, I stumbled upon the pack’s library. It quickly became my sanctuary, it was one of a kind. Back at my old pack, I never had the chance to enjoy a library. I was always too busy with chores or trying to avoid getting beaten or trying to get my wounds cleaned. Now, I had the library to myself. Most of the time, I'd pick a book and take it back to my room, as the library was often crowded. I was lying on my bed, engrossed in another book—Beast of Vengeance. It was an intriguing read, filled with twists and turns. The story centered on a man consumed by the rage of revenge after losing everything. As he gave in to the darkness, it was clear that he h

Chapter 15: Mini History Hannah: As one of the kitchen heads had commanded, I was on my way to help with cleaning. When I arrived, I received several disapproving stares, as though they didn’t want me there. It’s not like I wanted to be looked at that way, but I had been given a direct order, and I wasn’t about to disobey it. I was wiping down the table with a rag, trying to ignore the whispers and the looks of disdain directed at me. You’d think I’d have gotten used to it after all these years of facing similar treatment, but it always managed to get to me. I tried to work faster, hoping to finish so I could escape the suffocating atmosphere of the room. As I moved to clean the next table, my eyes landed on someone's shoes. When I looked up, the person was staring down at me with an expression of pure disgust. I didn’t recognize her, but she had long brown hair, and I couldn’t understand why she was giving me that look. It’s not like I’d done anything to her. Beside her was a

Hannah: We were walking through the forest in silence, I wondered where he was taking me, and so I asked."Where are you taking me?" I passed the notepad to him, it was really frustrating, using a notepad to communicate. I do try on my own to speak every chance I get, but I would only leave my mouth ajar, no words would come out. Not even an audible sound. Just hoarse noise and emptiness. He ignored me, handing my notepad back to me.We continued to walk in silence as I let my mind drift off, I thought of why Tyrell was so mean to me when I first got here, why he would go lengths to kill me or get me out, to the point of threatening me with wolfsbane.I didn't think this far, he had lost a lot.I scribbled on my notepad before handing it to him once more. "I'm sorry about your parents and your pack." I apologized, not that it was any of my fault, but I felt remorseful, I went through the same thing. His parents died, my parents were never there for me, made me suffer in the ha

  • SILVER BLOOD    Luna Arya

Hannah: I've been a bit happier, ever since we got back from the training, ever since my time with Tyrell. We talked a little more than we did before, but not so often, as he is still the Beta and he has work to do.I had been going to the training grounds whenever I was bored and had nothing to do. I'd watch them train, Hilda and I talked a bit, she wanted me to join them, I told her I couldn't, but I didn't tell her I couldn't shift as well.I walked through the pack house, there seemed to be a bit of chatter from all around, I only heard snippets of the conversation, apparently the Luna is coming back today, or something like that, I wasn't doing a good job of eavesdropping.I kept walking when someone approached me. It was a boy I've seen around the Alpha most of the times"The alpha wants to see you, now!" He said before walking away.I followed in tow. My notepad, still in my hands. We closed in on the steps down to the basement where I had first been introduced to the Al

  • SILVER BLOOD    The Former Luna

Hannah: For the first time setting eyes on The Luna, I had assumed she would be a lovely person. Seeing she looked regal, with her white gown and her hat, smiles and all. When Alpha Daniel told her about me being her assistant, she was rather happy until she saw me, guess the first question she asked!I used my phone instead to type, I found that it was easier than carrying a notepad around, now that I've been assigned a duty, I won't be as free as I usually was.I was getting ready for the day when Cleo popped by, so I decided to tell her about what happened the previous day."What?" She asked with interest, feeling so engrossed with my tale."What's wrong with my hair?" I texted back while I nodded my head to confirm."What? That's a weird question." Cleo was confused, so was I when Arya asked the question. "Nothing's wrong with your hair, I quite like it." She expressed her opinion on my hair color.I touched my hair a bit, combining it with my fingers. Due to the fact that I

Hannah: It was the soon to be Alpha, Harry. I froze in place, I knew I wasn't supposed to be there, I wonder what the punishment for trespassing was.He only looked at me with a questioning look before he asked, "What are you doing here?" When he asked, I gestured for my phone in my pocket, it was my tool for communication at the moment, he realized what I was going for."Oh! Yes of course, go ahead." It was like he forgot I couldn't speak.I reached for my phone from my pocket, opened the notepad on it and began to type in. I would have sent him messages but I didn't have his number, and I didn't think it'd be necessary because none of my chores are ever around him."I'm sorry I know I'm not supposed to be here." I turned the phone towards him, in order for him to read it.I had an apologetic look, I was scared, not that Harry had ever done anything to make me feel afraid of him, but past experiences have shown me that, people in power always tend to show it."Oh! Don't worry

Everyone was okay with this, especially Luna Arya, she was the happiest, it's what she had wanted from the very beginning. She was happy, she didn't have a problem with either me or my mother, this was mainly because my mother wasn't willing to take the title of Luna even until now.I supported her decision the whole way, and so did my father.Harry has been doing a wonderful job as the Alpha. Well, I expected nothing less from someone who had been training since they were young.Cleo hadn't yet found her mate, so she decided to choose one, a man named Enoch. Bryan:It's been a few weeks since the death of my father. Immediately after his funeral, there was the ceremony for me to be the next alpha, since then I've been running the pack. It's been quite stressful, but if I don't do it, I'll let my pack be susceptible to attacks, it would make us vulnerable. It was early in the morning, and my mother and I were seated in my office which I had to rearrange, let some light in, and move some things to my liking. My mother has been of great help in running the pack. She looked happier, and more free, and made me thank the moon goddess for what she had done, even though that would make me a bad son for wishing his father dead.We were talking about how we were going to open up the west wing, as well as those tunnels. I had thought to keep them open but now that she brought it up, my mind wasn't made up yet."I'm just saying, what if something happens, and there's a need for us to hide or retreat, it'll be an excellent escape route if we were ever

I'll have to talk about it with Hannah first, but I'm definitely sure her mother did."Well since everything turned out okay, we can finally throw a feast in celebration," the alpha suggested as he scooted to sit with his mate. "We were meant to have it when we had avoided bloodshed with the Raven Falls pack, but since the stars of the show weren't there we just had to wait until you all came back."Luna Melissa smiled as she cuddled closer to Alpha Daniel, they were truly mates, something I wished for Hannah and I to have in the future."Maybe something small perhaps," Hannah said as she joined in on the conversation sitting beside me with just enough space

When he saw us coming, he ordered for clothes to be brought for usIt was a long way here, we had to shift to our full forms to be faster for us to arrive.I threw on the large hoodie I was given before I ran into my Mom's embrace, she had tears streaming down her face as she held me in her arms, and my father came around as well and joined in.My family, the one thing I had wanted ever since I was young, and here they were surrounding me, I finally pulled away, and my mother used her backhands to wipe the tears from her face before she checked me, turning my face from side to side as she sniffed, "Your okay, your okay, your home now," she said before pulling me in for another hug.I really could get used to this.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING? DID MY SISTER COME OUT OF THERE? WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO FIRE?" I heard my brother's voice, Nathan, rage from outside.Well at least I knew he still cared for me, this brought a smile but only a little as I never really forgave him for what he did a year ago.Who would have thought the daughter of the leader of werewolf hunters would actually fall in love with a werewolf?"Sir, two of our men went in but we've been unable to reach them…" One of his men said, his voice was noticeably shaking but slightly."And tha

"We need a little bit of time, if we leave now in her state, and we won't get far." "It's a silver bullet, if you don't remove it now she might die, as backup would soon be here, believe me, if they do get here, then there's no leaving for anyone," Naomi bit out as she lifted the curtains slightly and peeked out the window.I calmed down only a bit, since it was silver, then we have less problem to worry about, that would be that there's still a bullet lodge

Hannah:We didn't sleep for long, less than two hours when we were woken up by Cleo, apparently, we had to watch the news or something. The sun was badly up no more.Tyrell stood up and helped me up as well before we exited the bedroom and walked into the living room.Cleo and Timothy were standing when she pointed at the TV.I glanced at the TV and instantly understood her panic. We were on it, all three of us at least.I mean it would be weird if they didn't capture a scene like that but I didn't think they would broadcast it.We were at the playground where we attacked Donovan, that was where they captured us, there were a few more pictures of mostly Donovan but then us as well before they were done. Our faces were a bit blurry, but if you knew who we were, you'd probably know that's us. Naomi came up on the screen next, she looked frantic but still kept her composure as she answered the interviewer's questions."So you say you're a journalist right, what would you be writing about

His husky breath tickled a bit, and the fabric of his shirt came in contact with my bare skin."He was the only person left who knew I was a silver blood, as well as my mother," I said quietly just to Tyrell although I knew Cleo must have heard.Tyrell replied, "That's good then, the rest only know that a white wolf was roaming in the woods, according to the orders he probably gave to them.
