CHAPTER 73

"Sir Vic!"

A loud crash from outside Victor's house woke him up. His eyes were sore from being too drunk and not sleeping properly. Victor got up and the young man almost fell out of bed.

He covered his body using a towel. Victor peeked out the window until he saw Liam and Kitty. They were constantly knocking so Victor was in a hurry.

"What? It's still morning!" He exclaimed.

Kitty rudely and casually walks in then shoves Victor.

"I thought you would save Maria? Your family has so many issues!" Kitty was interested and pointed out the headline in the newspaper. Liam and Victor looked at each other and Victor couldn't understand who did it.

"It turns out that your family is among those being watched by the government! You and Liam are just playing with me! I trust you!” Kitty shouted.

"Fuck! Do you think these are all true? Did you not understand the headline? We got together because of the tax that my brother didn't pay correctly"
