HOSPITAL...

An hour later, Damon and Jackson were now in the hospital… outside the emergency room. Impatiently waiting for the doctor or a nurse, anyone to step out of the double white doors and give them an update on how Lilliana was doing. It had been minutes since the girl was pushed into the room and yet it felt like hours to the two men. The thoughts in their heads got extreme with every second they spent in the dark. Damon was on his feet, walking back and forth like a mad man whereas his friend was sitting down on one of the chairs in the waiting hall.

“What even happened??” he finally asked a question that had been bothering him in the car while on their way to the hospital.

“What do you mean??” Jackson asked, raising his eyes from the floor to look up at the man. A frown on his face. The man stopped walking and turned to him with a frown of his own.
