Aurora was sitting on the couch beside Draken's bed. Hunter has left after some time. He has to get a cab to head back to the pack because he came here through the portal with Silvia. He was pretty pissed that Silvia left him and he had to take a cab. Aurora calmed him down and he left before telling her to be careful.

She gazed at Draken. He was fast asleep. Charlotte has gone back home but Eren and two of the warriors were still here guarding the door.

Aurora's mind was raking with millions of thoughts and the most prominent was regarding Draken's safety.

She didn't know why he had joined hands with Alonso. If he didn't want to go to war against Alpha King then why do all this? What were his motives?

He groaned and her eyes snapped up. She was on his side in an instant as she gently grabbed his hand and caressed his hair back. "Draken," her voice was gentle as he slowly opened his eyes.

His onyx eyes found the ocean one's and a smile graced his lips. It was small, just the corner of
