Adriel excitedly tapped her foot as she looked outside the car window. Their three-day shoot was already finished, and she couldn’t be more excited to go home. Although she really enjoyed her time at the beach, except for the incident with Kayden, she couldn’t wait to go home to see a certain little one. This is the very first time that they’ve been apart for so long, and she doesn’t think she can do it again.

Zeth chuckled. “Why are you so excited, Angel?”

Adriel looked at him with one eyebrow raised. “To see our son, of course! Why? Are you telling me that you’re not excited to see him?”

Zeth's eyes widened in surprise. “No, no, that’s not what I meant, Angel.”

Adriel chuckled. “I’m joking,” she said. “But I really miss Zenon. I can’t wait to shower his squishy cheeks with kisses once we get home.”

Zeth smiled. “Me too. Want to go out later in the afternoon?”

“Where to?” Adriel asked.

“I don’t know. Where does Zenon want to go to?”

“Well, the last time I asked him, he wanted to join

Adriel sighed in relief as they finally achieved peace and quiet inside the car. After their touching conversation, Zenon got bored, so they were blasting nothing but nursery rhymes through the car's speakers for a good hour. As much as Adriel loves her son, there are really only a number of Cocomelon songs that she can tolerate. "Johnny, Johnny, yes, papa?" Zeth unconsciously hummed, making Adriel glare at him. He chuckled. "What?" "You better not sing that song again, or else." "Or else what?" he asked, still chuckling. "I might take back the words I said yesterday night, and you could find somebody else to sing those songs too," she threatened. Zeth's eyes widened in surprise, and he quickly shut his mouth close—afraid that she was going to take her threat seriously. "How long until we get there?" Adriel asked. "About an hour more." Adriel nodded her head and glanced back at her child. She's happy that he can rest for an hour more before they arrive at the beach. "

Aria looked at herself in the mirror and let out a disappointed sigh. She turned to her side to see her silhouette and was not satisfied with the clothes she had picked once again. Since it was the weekend, she decided to stroll all alone in the park and maybe eat at a nearby cafe. She had tried on multiple outfits; however, none of it seemed to satisfy her taste. "This makes me look really unflattering," she said while staring at herself in the mirror. She had picked a fitted white shirt this time, but it still did not bring her joy. "Whatever," she muttered under her breath. "A hoodie again, I guess," she said, getting one of her hoodies from the closet. She let out a sigh of relief when the hoodie fell loose on her body. It swallowed her unflattering figure—her personal description—and didn't show the disapproving curves of her body. Aria, from a very young age, had always had issues with her self-esteem. Growing up overweight, she still thinks up to this day about all the teas

Cedric decided to go out for a jog because he couldn't take his twin's whining anymore. Kian went to a party last night, and now he's suffering the consequences of his actions. He has a severe hang-over, and he's been nothing but grumpy, whiny, and touchy all throughout the morning. Cedric decided that he had enough when Kian puked all over him, so now he's jogging around the park near their condominium. He was on his fourth round when he suddenly saw a familiar silhouette sitting down on a nearby bench. She had long black hair, and she was wearing an oversized purple hoodie. "Aria," he muttered under his breath. He didn't know what compelled him to start approaching the woman, but before he could even think about it seriously, he was already near the bench she was sitting on. However, some people suddenly approached her, causing him to halt his steps. He was about to walk away from them, thinking that they were Aria's friends when he suddenly heard them throwing shady comments at

"Thanks again, by the way," Aria said as she took a lick from her ice cream. Cedric chuckled. "How many times have you thanked me already? I told you that it's fine. It looked like you were severely constipated while talking to those people, so I just felt like I had to help out." Aria pouted. Great! She looked severely constipated in front of the man she likes. "Who are those people, by the way?" he asked, leaning back on the bench. "Oh," Aria said in a soft voice. "They're just my friends back in high school." "Friends?" Cedric asked. "Are you sure they were your friends?" "Yes? No? Maybe?" Aria responded. "I don't know, honestly. I called them my friends back then, but I never really felt like they were." "Then they're not," he said. "You don't have to pretend right in front of me. I could already tell by the way they were speaking to you that they're not good people." Aria sighed. "Yes. They're fucking awful," she finally let her guard down. "They made me the comedy r

She ran off as soon as she whispered those words into Zeth's ears, and it turned into a chasing session between the two love-struck adults. Adriel knocked over a small stand that contained Zeth's paperwork. The pieces of paper went flying in multiple directions, only causing Zeth's frenzy to increase. "Angel," he said in a reprimanding voice. Adriel sheepishly smiled as she scratched the back of her neck. "Sorry about that," she said, kneeling down to gather the papers that had created random patterns on the floor. Zeth smirked when he saw Adriel kneeling down on the ground. He walked over to where she was and stood in front of her. If she raised her head up, then she would be greeted by a very delightful sight. "I'll

"There," Adriel said as she dusted her hands on her jeans, wandering her eyes around the newly-decorated living room. "It looks fantastic," she smiled to herself. After spending years living in somebody else's apartment, she can finally call something as her own—her own home. She felt a strong pair of arms encircling around her waist, so she leaned against the strong frame and placed her hands on Zeth's arms. "Isn't it pretty?" she asked, still elated. Zeth and Adriel just moved into their new home, and they couldn't be more happier. Fortunately, Adriel didn't have to go to work today because she just participated in a high-end photoshoot, while Zeth opted to take a leave to join Adriel in organizing their things and in decorating the house. "Everything that you do is pretty, angel," Zeth said, placing a light kiss on her temples. Adriel rolled her eyes. "Still such a flatterer. I want an honest response. Is it pretty because I made it? Or is it pretty in general?""Both," Zeth a

"Alright, that's it," the photographer said as he continued taking shots of Aria and Cedric. After the successful three-day shoot at the beach, the two of them had been cast once again for a perfume commercial. Aria was more than thrilled to find out that not only had she gotten new work, but she was also partnered up with the guy that she likes—Cedric. "Closer," the director called out. "I want you guys to be closer. The perfume's scent is called 'Intimacy' for a reason." Aria felt her heart beating fast, and she wondered if Cedric felt the same. However, when she looked at him, she could see that he wasn't the least bit fazed. He maintained a professional composure and looked like he didn't mind their closeness at all. Aria internally frowned. She's definitely the only one being emotionally affected by this. And it's just so unfair! "Is this okay?" Cedric asked as he held onto Aria's left thigh, hoisting her up and bringing her closer to his body. She felt his hot breath hov

"Aria?" Heather asked as soon as she saw her. Aria bit her lip and went back to her normal sitting position—a fake smile appearing on her lips. "Heather, Joshua, hey! Fancy seeing you here," she awkwardly chuckled. "Yeah, and you're with Cedric," Heather excitedly said when he saw the dashing young man sitting in front of Aria. "Hey," Cedric casually greeted. "Are you guys out on a date?" Heather asked, looking at the two of them. Aria glanced at Cedric, unsure of what to say. She doesn't know whether the fake boyfriend thing was only a one-time trial or if Cedric was willing to help her at any given time. "Yeah," he said, causing Aria to internally rejoice. "Yup," Aria repeated with a genuine smile. "We're on a date." "Great!" Heather said. "We actually have a date too. Maybe, we can join you guys," she shamelessly suggested. "Umm," Aria said, looking at all the vacant tables. There are literally so many vacant tables, and yet she's asking to sit with them? Prepostero

"Ooh la la," Adriel said as he ogled the man in front of her. Aria sat down next to her and also couldn't take away her eyes from the new gardener who was tending to grandpa Earl's garden. They had been in the villa for about a week now, and they were planning on going back to the city together in the next weeks or so. Right now, they were having afternoon tea on the porch. Adriel had already sent her kids to take a nap, so she invited Aria to eat outside on the grass since the weather was lovely. However, they were in for a surprising treat when they saw the new gardener that grandpa Earl had hired tending to the plants and grass. He was probably a 40-year-old male, and he seriously had lumberjack vibes. You know those types of men that you see in forests chopping wood up? Tall, muscular, and mature. It also doesn't help the fact that he's wearing nothing but a thin, white shirt that has already been drenched by his sweat, causing it to look transparent under the soft afternoon

"Baby, my baby," Adriel muttered in her sleep, her head moving from side to side. Zeth quickly opened his eyes to see what Adriel was talking about. He let out a sigh when she appears to be having a nightmare. "Angel," he gently said, patting her cheek softly. "Angel, wake up. You're having a nightmare.""No, don't take my baby away from me," she continued fighting him off. Zeth placed a chaste kiss on her lips, causing her to calm down. She opened her eyes slowly and was met with Zeth's reassuring face. Her eyes started tearing up, probably from all the tiredness and the hormones. "Where's our daughter?" she asked. Zeth smiled. "Our daughter is fine, angel. She's in the room next to ours," he said. Adriel finally let out a sigh of relief. In her dreams, she couldn't find her daughter, so when she woke up, she thought that everything would be the same. She buried her face in Zeth's face and inhaled his comforting scent. "I'm so happy," she said. "We have another baby in our live

"Oh my gosh," Aria exclaimed as soon as they arrived in the vicinity of the Zhang mansion. It was her first time coming here, and she couldn't believe that Kian hid the fact that they owned this kind of home from her. She knew that his family was rich, but she never even imagined that they were rich RICH. Kian scratched the back of his head, looking around the house where he spent his childhood in. All the good and bad memories came rushing to his mind—mostly the bad memories, though. Because of his family, he had quite a hard time growing up. If it weren't for Cedric, who was always with him when they were younger, then he reckoned that he must have gone insane. It's a good thing that his parents don't meddle with their lives anymore. As they grew up, they just started caring less and less. For Kian, that was better, though. At least now, he can choose the life he wants to live. "You okay?" Aria asked, looping her arm around his. "Kian, Kian," Aria shook Kian awake as she looked at her phone in awe. Zeth had just sent her a text message, saying that Adriel had already given birth to their daughter, and there's nothing she wanted more but to travel to the province to see the precious little girl herself. She clicked her tongue as she shook awake her lover. "Wake up, Kian," she exasperatedly said. "Baby," she tried calling out her sweet nickname for him, but to no avail. She sighed and decided to bring out her final weapon. "We're not going to have sex for an entire month if you don't wake up right now."Like a magic spell, Kian woke up from his slumber and looked at Aria with wide eyes. "No sex? What? What's happening? What time is it?" he said, still drunk from his sleep. Aria smiled and held onto his arm, pulling him to stand up from the bed. "Let's go!" she excitedly said. "Where are we going, Aria?" He looked at the bedside clock. "It's literally 4 AM in the morning! Where do you want to go in this ung

Adriel rolled down the car window to let the fresh gush of wind run through her hair. She closed her eyes and breathed in the scent of the sharp grass and the fresh flowers. She was already eight months pregnant, and it's been getting harder and harder to manage her pregnancy each day since her due date was getting nearer. She's been feeling more nauseous in the city with all the pollution, so Zeth decided for them to stay in the province while waiting for her due date. Zeth chuckled as he watched his adorable wife smiling widely at the green scenery. Even if he'll be swamped with work the second he comes back to the city, he knows that it's better for them to stay here for the sake of Adriel's health. He's willing to do anything just to always make her feel at ease. "Aren't you feeling dizzy, angel?" he asked. Adriel looked back at him and shook her head. "No. The air over here is so fresh that I don't feel nauseous at all. Thank you for bringing me here despite your busy schedul

However, when he realized that his hair had already been styled, he quickly placed his hand down and continued pacing back and forth."You're making me dizzy, man. Sit down," Kian exclaimed. "Where's Cedric when you need him?" Zeth asked under his breath. "Hey," Kian said in an offended voice. "Your best man is right here!" he exclaimed, pertaining to himself. "Don't look for another person when I'm literally right here.""Yeah. You were my second option," Zeth deadpanned. "If Cedric didn't have to leave too early, then he would have been my best man."Kian rolled his eyes. "Whatever, man. You're stuck with me. And because you said that, I'm not going to comfort you. "It's just that—It's hard adjusting to the atmosphere here. Besides, I took care of my papers for the company transfer, and I also finished furnishing my apartment. I didn't have any time to tour around." Kian sighed. "Are you deliberately staying in your own apartment?" "No," Cedric sheepishly said. "You're lying," Kian said. Kian looked up at the ceiling and sighed. “Aria,” he said.As expected, Aria had already fallen asleep. He closed his eyes as he placed one of his hands over his crotch. He felt his hardening member underneath his think cotton shorts. He let out a sigh of disbleief before pinching himself. "Calm down," he whispered to himself. He looked at Aria, who was peacefully sleeping beside him, and couldn't help but bite his lips. “Adriel Summers,” he smiled up at her. Adriel looked down on her lover, still unbelieving of the current situation. Of course, she had imagined this a thousand times in her head. Being married to Zeth and having the opportunity to stay with him until the end of their lives was one of her greatest desires. Now that the moment had come, she couldn't help but be emotional. “You have changed my life in the best way possible, and I don’t think I can live without you anymore," Zeth said. “I love you so much,” tears started welling up in his eyes. “I see you every single day, and yet I still feel like I miss you. I love you so so much, but I still feel like I haven’t loved you enough. So, allow me to love you for the rest of our lives. I may not be able to promise a perfect relationship, but what I can promise is perfect love.” “Will you marry me?” he finally asked the question. It was a brief statement, but nonetheless, it was perfect. Tears started streaming down Adriel’s face the se
