Chapter 475 Changing Attitude

Although Ember's words seemed reprimanding, Amelia could still sense the underlying meaning.

When she looked at Ember's gaze, she couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude.

Amelia was an easy-to-please person. So regardless of Ember's previous attitude toward her, the fact that Ember spoke such words was the indirect approval that she needed.

Amelia smiled and nodded. "I will do my best not to embarrass the Prescotts."

"Do you have any plans after quitting the entertainment industry?"

This was their first real conversation. Ember felt a bit awkward, but she endured it and asked the question, albeit a bit stiffly.

Even though Amelia didn't know why Ember's attitude had changed, she appreciated the fact that Ember initiated the conversation.

She remembered that Liam had also said that she should really think about what she wanted to do. She was just about to reply when she heard the door open.
