Chapter 140 Getting Jealous Again

When Amelia returned to Riverbay Residence, Liam had already come back. He was sitting on the couch with a magazine in his hands.

The couch was still the same, and so were the cushions.

Instead of saying anything, Amelia directly went up to her room.

Just as she was about to close the door, a hand reached in, halting her in her tracks.

Stunned, Amelia looked at the man by the door.

"How's your leg?" he suddenly asked.

Amelia subconsciously lowered her head and looked at her foot. Though it wasn't swollen anymore, it still ached a little.

Actually, it had almost recovered yesterday. However, after exerting too much force during the driving lesson earlier, her foot started hurting again.

"It's healed," she replied, not telling him the truth.

She wanted to close the door, but before she could, Liam pushed her away and entered.

This was his first time entering the guest room since she moved into it.
