Chapter 17: Your Highness, You Are So Beautiful

Back at the inn, Zane Ryder carried Ethan Caelan up to the room and gently placed him on the bed. Hearing the commotion, Reed Jace and Leo Grant rushed out.

Reed Jace worriedly asked Harrison, "General, what happened to His Highness?"

Leo Grant added, "He said he was tired and wanted to rest in the room early. Why is he being brought back by the Great General?"

Harrison tried to reassure the two guards, "It was stifling inside. I took His Highness out for a walk."

After arranging for Reed Jace and Leo Grant to take care of Ethan, Harrison signaled Zane Ryder to follow him to his room. As soon as the door closed, Zane spoke sternly, his gaze full of authority, "Do you realize what a grave mistake you made?"
