Nina's POV
The last thing I remember is arguing with Carlos but here I was lying on my bed with Ella and the doctor standing beside me.
"How are you feeling your highness?" The doctor asked the moment I fully gained consciousness.
"I feel like my head has been run over by a truck and the abdominal pains are unbearable." I stuttered as tears made my cheeks wet.
"How are you feeling dear?" Ella asked as she sat beside me and took my hand into hers.
"I hope Carlos didn't tell Stefan about it.I don't want him to know.Please talk to h.."I felt a sharp pain in my belly that made me forget what I was saying as I begun groaning in pain.
