Epilogue: Is this really the end?

It'd been a month since the saga ended and everyone had moved on with their lives.

The kids were to graduate in a couple of weeks. Everyone except the Coleman twins had moved to various cities in New York.

Teq's symptoms were getting worse by the week, Mason and Mandy had their own place a few blocks from Lauren’s house. He’d come over with Mandy for brunch with Teq, the twins, Gina and Lauren.

"I still remember when he almost dropped down an open sewer." Teq joked as she recounted the story to a laughing Mandy. Even the rest of the family laughed their hearts out.

“I need to use the bathroom.” She pushed her chair back.
