Chapter 93 - Unnecessary carnage

Orpheus had heard the royal troops leave and knew that his father had remained in the palace. He looks at the digital clock he had inside the hiding place and sees that the sun is about to set. With most of the troops gone, and few men looking for him, he knows it's time to follow his plan. Find Romeo, kill him and the mutt, and disappear to live luxuriously.

What he left behind he could always come back to pick up in a few years. No one had ever found that hiding place and no one would ever find it. Especially now that he had locked it inside. The wall would simply be a wall on the other side.

He takes the backpack he filled with money, gold, and diamonds, takes the last meal he would drink from inside a bag, and very slowly he advances through the untouchable tunnel that he had only crossed once, the day he discovered the exit of the passage.
