I stood frozen, my heart pounding in my chest, as the truth unfolded before my eyes. Matt, the man I loved, the leader of the pack I had come to consider my own family, was involved in illegal activities. It felt like a betrayal, a punch to the gut, and yet I couldn't deny the evidence that lay before me.
