The moment Christopher entered the cemetery, he was able to notice a familiar person kneeling from a distance. That lonely aura and beautiful figure could only belong to Melody, after all.

As he got closer, he noticed that the tombs were engraved with the names of the late Nolan couple.

'Isn't Melody Nolan just an assistant to Ms. Nolan? Why would a mere assistant need to visit the graves of their boss' parents?'

Thinking back to everything that had happened before, Christopher's expression turned dark. It was as if he wanted to see through this woman, his eyes acting as microscopes.

Melody was stunned by that and wondered what he was doing there.

The handsome man before her was wearing an expensive suit, his entire being radiating hostility and elegance. He did not look like he was here to pay respects to the dead but was here to talk business instead.

Melody did not like how he was sizing her up, nor did she think he was here for her, so she merely shot him a dismissive glan
