Cyril shook his head with a sigh.

"I’ve done too many bad things back then. I didn't want to get you involved, so I left. I'm sorry."

"I was pregnant when you left me!" Melissa growled.

"What?!" Cyril looked at her in confusion.

They had a child? That was something he had never imagined.
