Chapter 327 I Think You're a Liar

Melody's flight lasted a few hours, and it was nighttime when she landed.

She lodged in a nearby hotel and did not wash up since it was late.

She woke very early next morning, slinging her backpack over her shoulders as she left happily—she was always enthusiastic when it came to things she liked to do.

Sophia's village was far away from the bustling city. In fact, it was so secluded that her driver stopped outside the village. "I'm sorry, but this is as far as the GPS goes. It's all huts and housing without proper sequencing, so I can't take you to the address."

Melody alighted and looked around.

The scenery was beautiful as her grandmother described it, and it was a really small town.

The mountain path was craggy and only covered in gravel at best, so Melody felt lucky she had the foresight to change into sneakers.

She turned on her navigation on her phone, walking past lanes and turns for fifteen minutes… only to realize she was back where she started!
