Melody and Levian looked at each other. They knew exactly who the butler was talking about.

Melody lifted her chin and ordered, "Bring her in."

Evelyn walked in as the servants opened the doors.

Although it was clear that Evelyn had made an effort to freshen up before arriving, it did little to conceal the traces of her rough journey.

To remain silent was the ultimate display of disdain. Evelyn's pride was severely wounded by this reply, especially when Melody stood dazzlingly before her.
