LUTHER'S POV

Dad and I got into the car which was parked in front of the hospital. He was sitting in the front passenger seat and I sat in the back seat. His chauffeur started the car and we began our journey home.

As the chauffeur was driving at a moderate speed, I started thinking of what awaited me at home. I knew without a doubt that I was about to face a very challenging time in my life.

Right from the hospital when dad came to pick me up, I could see that he was not happy and I could see that he was angry but trying to hide it.

As we got closer to the house, my heart started racing. I wished that there was a traffic jam on the road. Unfortunately, there were a few vehicles on the road and the chauffeur had increased the speed of the car.

Throughout the ride, dad did not utter a word to me. He only spoke a few times to his chauffeur telling him his schedule for the day.
