WHITNEY'S POV

For a moment, Luther stared at me with a mixture of shock and fear on his face which made me feel a little better considering my mind was in turmoil concerning my pregnancy.

I know he believed that I don't have any evidence to prove that he raped me, so, I could understand why he looked so shocked and afraid.

I turned to look at Henry and there was a surprised look on his face. His eyes were filled with questions begging for answers which I was willing to answer but not in the presence of Luther.

"I know that you are just trying to hoodwink me into believing that you have evidence but I know you don't have any," he said with a smirk.

"Luther, do I look like I'm trying to hoodwink you? You have messed up my life in no small measure and I am devasted by my pregnancy but I have no choice but to face my fears and try as much as I can to surmount the mountain that you have put before me with your wickedness.
