Olivia's POV

I woke up at midnight feeling pressed. Slowly, I released myself from Alpha Enzo's grip and made my way into the restroom. After easing myself, I washed my hands in the sink and stared at myself in the reflection. Thoughts bubbled in my head, and I frowned. What was I doing? This wasn’t the plan. I sucked in a deep breath and composed myself. My plan was still intact; I could still poison him. All I needed was a good opportunity to carry out my plan, and now was it. As usual, the poison was in my bag. It was in a container, and even if Alpha Enzo went through my bag, he would never suspect a thing because I put it in a bottle labeled as essential oil. It was the perfect cover. No one would suspect a harmless-looking bottle of lavender oil to contain something deadly. I smirked at my reflection, the cold determination in my eyes staring back at me. I couldn’t afford to fail now. Too much was at stake.

I took a deep breath, splashed water on my face, and dried it with a tow

Olivia's POV“Happy birthday, my dear Olivia,” I heard my mother's usual cheerful voice pierce through my sleep, jolting me awake. Blinking my eyes open, I saw her seated beside me on the bed, her charming smile lighting up her face, her sea-blue eyes — the same ones I inherited — brimming with happiness and love.“Happy fourteenth birthday, my darling.” Mother's smile widened, and I smiled as I tried to sit in bed. “Good morning, Mother,” I greeted, rubbing my face with my hands.“Morning, my darling. Are you excited to get your wolf?” Mother asked, and I swallowed nervously, which she noticed.“You don’t have to be scared. If you don’t get your wolf today, you still have a chance on your eighteenth birthday when you might also find your mate,” she reassured me. I nodded, comforted by her words.“So, I want you to dress up and come downstairs; everyone is waiting for you.”“Alright, Mother,” I nodded while she kissed me before leaving my room. After she left, I stood to my feet and w

Olivia's POV Six years later The loud beeping of the alarm jolted me from my sleep. Grumbling tiredly, I opened my eyes, reached for my phone, and realized it was already 5pm. “Shit!” I blurted and jumped out of bed. “Damn it! I will be late again.” I grunted and rushed to the bathroom. After taking a quick bath, I dressed up, packed my hair in a bun, grabbed my things, and rushed out of my apartment. I was lucky to get a taxi, and in a few minutes, I was at the club. Hurriedly, I went into the locker room, changed into my uniform, and made my way to the bar. “You are late,” Sonia murmured. “I'm sorry, I had a class today, and after getting home, I decided to take a nap. I didn’t know I set my alarm wrongly.” I explained to Sonia, who nodded understandingly. “Well, you are lucky Sir Linus hasn’t come yet.” I sighed in relief at her words and got on with work. “A glass of my usual whiskey,” DOM Phillip requested as he sat on the long stool. “Alright, sir.” I nodded and went for

Olivia’s POV The crowd's reaction was immediate. Cheers and applause erupted as I moved sensuously, my body becoming a tantalizing silhouette against the spotlight. I locked eyes with a few of the men in the front row, their lustful gazes feeding my performance. Despite my initial nerves, I felt a surge of confidence. This was my moment to shine, to earn the money I desperately needed. As I continued to dance, I couldn't help but scan the crowd for familiar faces. High-profile businessmen and celebrities often frequented the club, their identities hidden behind masks. As I made my signature moves, my eyes met those of a masked DOM. He looked different and unfamiliar. Despite not being able to see the faces of Doms, I could easily recognize our usual members by the color and shape of their eyes, but this DOM, I was sure I hadn’t seen him before. He was fully masked, with only his lips and piercing green eyes visible. He was sitting in a VIP booth, his gaze fixed on me with an intens

Olivia's POVMy heart pounded in my chest, my breath coming in shallow gasps. The masked man with the scorpion tattoo, the one who had haunted my nightmares, was here, right in front of me. Years of grief and a burning desire for vengeance surged within me. How could it be him?I took another look at the tattoo and my eyes dilated. I wasn’t mistaken. It was him. It wasn’t a coincidence. He was the one who shot my father. He was here, my worst nightmare sitting before me.Quickly, I stepped away from him and saw his brow furrow. “Excuse me,” I murmured in panic and didn’t wait for him to respond before sprinting away.My steps were hurried and unsteady as I stumbled backstage, my mind racing with a mix of fear and anger. I pressed my back against the wall, trying to steady my breathing. My hands shook as I wrapped my arms around myself, attempting to calm the storm raging inside me.The scorpion tattoo. Alpha Enzo’s POVI saw a flicker of anger and hate in those alluring sea blue eyes the moment I made my offer. The moment my eyes fell on her as she walked onto the stage with the other strippers, I couldn’t take them off her. There was something about her, like a magnetic force that I couldn’t explain. I knew I was a man who really gets attracted to beautiful and sexy ladies, but hers was different. I couldn’t just look away from her.Watching her dance so sexily on that stage made me intrigued and yet somehow jealous. I was jealous that other men could sit and drool over her when it should only be me. When I saw her giving a lap dance to that man, I felt uncomfortable in my seat and couldn’t look away. All I wanted was to go pull her away and claim her as mine, which was insane because I had barely known her for a few minutes. When she began twerking for me, I couldn’t take my eyes off her ass. I wished I could pull her into a room and make her submit to me right at that moment, but

Alpha Enzo's POVObeying my command, the sub began trailing her fingers from her boobs down to her stomach, and then she located her pussy. I watched her spread her thighs wider as she slowly inserted two fingers into her pussy and moaned. As she fingered herself, her hand went to her nipple, and she began rubbing it while I groaned, unbuckled my belt, unzipped, and took out my semi-hardened dick. When the sub got a glimpse of my dick, she stared at it with desire while increasing the pace of her fingers.“On your feet and pick up the vibrator from the bed,” I ordered.“Yes, master,” she obeyed and quickly went for the vibrator.“Can you take double penetration?” I asked.“Yes, master,” she replied excitedly.“Good girl, come here,” I said. She obeyed and moved closer to me. Gently, I caressed her cheek while she closed her eyes and mumbled at my touch. “Get on the bed and face me.”“Yes, master.” She climbed on the bed and knelt before me.“Put the vibrator in you,” I ordered while I

Olivia's POVI saw him walking away, and I excused myself to follow him, only to realize he wasn’t leaving; rather, he was entering one of the VIP private rooms. Probably, the sub was waiting for him.Going back to the bar, I met with Sonia, who was serving drinks to some Doms. “Are you okay? You’ve been acting strange ever since you returned from the dance. Did something happen there?” she asked, and I didn’t know how to tell her. How do I tell her that the man who had led the gang that murdered my parents and put my brother in a coma was right here, covered in a mask?“Oli, you can tell me anything, you know that, right?” she pressed on while I flashed her a weak smile and nodded. “Don’t worry, Sonia, it’s nothing serious,” I assured her. Sonia gave me a worried look before shrugging her shoulders. “If you say so,” she said and went back to work.Sucking a deep breath, I continued working, but from time to time, I looked around, hoping to see him again. Olivia's POV“This is great news, Olivia. I am so happy for you,” Sonia said excitedly the moment I broke the news to her. “So when do you start?” “Tomorrow. I'm excited and also nervous,” I said, and Sonia gave me a comforting squeeze on the shoulders. “Don't worry. I believe you will do just great there,” she assured me, and I smiled at her encouragement, which was exactly what I needed.“Sonia!” a DOM called for Sonia’s service, and she left while I continued cleaning the glass. Suddenly, I felt a strange yet familiar sensation and lifted my head. When I did, I noticed he was standing right across from me. Despite the black mask, I easily recognized him because of his remarkable shade of green eyes, which I haven't seen on anyone else. To be sure it was really him, I moved my gaze to his wrist but noticed the sleeves of his shirt were covering the tattoo.“We meet again,” he smirked while I frowned and lifted my gaze to look up at him. Our eyes interlocked, and I stared back at him

Olivia’s POVI lingered in the doorway, gripping the handle as if it was the only thing keeping me upright. Alpha Enzo’s gaze never wavered, dark and unreadable, but there was something different about him tonight—something I couldn’t quite place.I swallowed hard, forcing my voice to stay steady. “I wanted to see you.”He arched a brow, clearly not believing my word. “You saw me at the club.”“That doesn’t count,” I shot back, stepping inside before he could dismiss me. “I’m still your sub, remember?”His eyes narrowed slightly, and for a moment, I thought he might argue. But then he shifted, reclining further into the pillows with that same maddening calmness. “Olivia, shut the door on your way out.”I froze, the cool finality in his tone slicing through me like a blade.“No,” I said softly but firmly. His gaze snapped back to mine, sharp and predatory. “Excuse me?”“I said no.” I squared my shoulders, stepping further into the room. “I’m spending the night here.”A tense silence hu

Olivia’s POVI looked in Alpha Enzo’s direction, expecting him to get furious and possessive like he always does when he sees another man close to me, but this time it was different. Alpha Enzo wasn’t looking my way; his attention was focused solely on the lady who was now on his lap, grinding on him. Tears welled up in my eyes, but I held them back.“Do you wanna dance with me?” the DOM asked, offering his hand.I took the DOM’s hand, forcing a smile as I let him lead me onto the dance floor. The bass throbbed beneath my feet, vibrating through my body as I pressed closer to him. His hands slid confidently down my waist, but I barely felt it. My mind was elsewhere—on Alpha Enzo, on the woman in his lap.I moved deliberately, letting my hips sway in time with the music, my body brushing against the DOM’s. I even tilted my head back, letting out a soft laugh I didn’t feel. The DOM grinned, clearly pleased by my reaction. But none of it mattered.I could still see Alpha Enzo out of the

This is what you wanted, right?” he said, his eyes fixed on me as if daring me to say otherwise. But I couldn’t say a word. I hated myself. I hated myself for feeling this much pain. I hated myself for not taking the chance to kill him when I had it. I hated myself for falling in love with him.Yes, I was in love with him, and despite knowing it for so long, I had refused to accept it. But today, I was admitting it. I was in love with this beast—my parents’ killer.Alpha Enzo slowly stood up from his seat and glanced at me one more time. “When you sign your part of the agreement, you can send it over to me. And for your internship in my company—don’t worry about it; you can continue.”I stared at him, the words settling heavily in the space between us.He was letting me go.No fight. No excuses. He was the one.The Alpha King. The man who had haunted my nightmares. The man who now shared my bed.I should’ve stayed away. But I hadn’t.And now, I was trapped in a web of emotions I couldn’t untangle.I sat up abruptly, wiping the tears from my cheeks. Alpha Enzo’s POV I held her gaze for a long moment, the soft light from the window casting a golden glow across her face. Her eyes, filled with concern and something else I couldn’t quite place, made it impossible to push her away. Without a word, I lifted my hand and gestured for her to come in. She hesitated for a brief second, but she stepped inside, closing the door quietly behind her. As she approached, I reached out, catching her wrist gently and pulling her toward me. A flicker of surprise crossed her face, but she didn’t resist. I guided her until she stood between my legs, her hands resting lightly on my shoulders. I let out a breath I didn’t know I’d been holding. “You didn’t have to do all this,” I said, my voice low, rough with something I couldn’t mask. Gratitude. She shrugged, her fingers brushing against the bare skin of my shoulder. “I know… but I wanted to.” Her honesty hit harder than I expected. I rested my hands on her waist, the heat of her skin seeping thr

Alpha Enzo’s POVThe moment I realized Olivia was reaching for the broken picture frame, I moved swiftly, grabbing it before she could.I caught the confused and questioning look in her eyes as she stared at the frame, but I hid it behind my back.“I’ll throw this away and head to the woods. I want to let my wolf out—you can leave,” I said coldly, not giving her the chance to speak before storming out of the room.Taking the stairs two at a time, I entered the living room and found Adams seated there. The moment he saw me, he stood to his feet, looking troubled.“I’m sorry, Enzo, but she insisted on seeing you.” He apologized, but I ignored his apology and stretched out the broken frame. “Burn it. I don’t want Olivia seeing it,” I ordered, and Adams quickly collected the frame. He stared at it and then looked up at me with stunned eyes.“You’re throwing it away? This is the only photo you have left,” Adams said, sounding worried and concerned. I frowned.“Just do as I have instructed.
