“Well, congratulations to you, you've successfully hunted for an apartment but you have to make payment so it can validate your hunt as a rented apartment.” He dropped the bomb and I resisted the urge to jump up in excitement.

“Can I check out the apartment first before making payment?” I inquired and bounced my knee in anticipation of what he was going to say, June too was listening and rubbing her hands while we were in suspense about what will happen.

“Yeah, sure. You can do an apartment check before paying the money.” He reassured and June’s racing heart come to a halt when she heard that, she shrieked and asked for the location and area of the apartment.

“Oh, it's just a few blocks away from Cerize restaurant.” He muttered and June squeaked and cover her mouth making me glance in her direction.

“Okay, what time is suitable for you to meet up?” I inquired.

“It's already late, so how about we meet tomorrow morning, if we can meet early and you pay up immediately, the
