"You shouldn't do this, how long has she been out now? And you keep telling me trash, how much longer is she going to stay in that way?" A voice that I knew too well asked, I tried to call out to him, but it came out in muffled sounds.

I shut my eyes tightly before flicking them open. Trying as hard as I could to call his name.

" You have to be calm, we are trying our best, our very best but it all depends on her will to stay alive" a voice answered.

He ran a hand through his hair, frustrated, he looked different from the last time I had seen him, he had emaciated, what could be wrong? Have I done that to him?
