Nathan's POV

After the footsteps outside the dungeon had completely faded away, I struggled to stand up from the ground, angrily shouting at Sebastian.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?"

Sebastian, sitting on the ground, at first looked puzzled. When he finally realized my anger, frustration appeared on his face, and he raised his voice.

"What do I think I'm doing? I'm trying to f.ucking save you, can't you see?"

"Save me?"

This answer left me even more confused and perplexed. I snorted, staring into Sebastian's ice-blue eyes, and asked in return.

"Open your eyes and see where we are, Sebastian! This is a dungeon!! Your so-called saving me has led me to this place?"

"I—"

Sebastian looked at me with anger, suddenly raising his sturdy arm—whether he intended to explain something to me or engage in a fight, I couldn't tell.
