Kayla's POV

In the early morning, I was busy coaxing Daisy, who had just woken up, to drink her milk. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a maid rushing into the dining room with an anxious expression on her face.

Thinking about how Harrison had been busy with subordinates lately, I immediately pushed my chair back and stood up, casting an uneasy glance at the maid.
