“I just want an interview from you. Is it that hard?” Sylvia yelled at Jason as he left.

“In another lifetime, maybe!” Jason responded decisively. A cloud of dust then stirred as Jason drove away.

Jason showed up at the First Hospital and walked to his office. Lillian was playing with her phone out of boredom. Since she was assigned to serve Jason by the dean personally, she had nothing to do if Jason was absent. She was the only person that had so much free time at work.

Lillian was obviously stunned when she saw Jason. “Director Sky, when did you arrive? I'm sorry, I didn’t know you would be coming.” Lillian stowed her phone urgently, then brushed her unkempt hair. She stared at Jason in trepidation.

“It’s fine, and I’m not here to evaluate your performance,” Jason spoke to Lillian in exasperation.

“Uh, is the dean here?” Jason asked.

“He’s in a meeting. Just about all the directors are present too.” Lillian spoke.
