When the dean of the Second Hospital, Kane, had begged Silas for help back then, he was already chastised. Especially when he recalled the awkward moment he encountered, he had the urge to cry. ‘If I could f*cking speak, I would already.’ Kane thought as he picked up a piece of paper from the table. He scribbled down Jason’s name on it, then pointed to his own mouth. Eventually, Silas understood.

Silas only said, “You deserved it.” It stirred anger within Kane. Yet, he had no choice but to stare at Silas with a pitiful gaze. Which eventually made Silas help him.
