They had been silent the whole time, opening their mouths only when they whistled, their undecoded form of communication during battles since ancient times. Just as Ryder said, the Triad didn't need their numbers, the Triad wanted their quality.What Jin hated were the bunch of the city Shore soldiers mixed with them.
