Chapter 77 - Where You Belong

“You’ve got it, Georgia! Just like that!” Kaia’s excited voice rang out, echoing through the shaded area beneath the palm trees.

Georgia was crouched down, her hands steady as she wove thick, fibrous ropes together, trying to mimic the exact movements that had been shown to her earlier. She furrowed her brow, concentrating, as she continued her work. Around her, the other women paused their work, watching with approving smiles as she carefully looped and knotted the rope.

It was not perfect — not even close — but it was an improvement from her first attempts, where her knots slipped apart and her hands fumbled with the unfamiliar materials. Now, the knots were holding, and a section of the net began to take shape, even though it was still rough and a little uneven.

“I did it,” Georgia murmured, more to herself than anyone else, an evident surprise in her voice. She glanced up, catching Kaia’s beaming grin, and for a moment, she felt a small swell of pride

Their eyes squinted against the glare of the sun, searching for signs of the merchant ships on the horizon. “I can see their sails! Look!” another voice called out, pointing excitedly toward the open sea.The villagers of Havalu had been preparing for days, setting up makeshift stalls and tables made from sturdy wood and palm fronds, each draped with colorful fabrics and woven mats. The annual trade event was a time of excitement, a rare opportunity for the islanders to exchange their handmade crafts for goods from other countries or faraway islands. Every year, merchants from different regions arrived with their ships laden with exotic items, bringing with them stories and products that added a touch of the world beyond their isolated island.Women and children continued arranging woven baskets,

Solve the puzzle, and it will open. Many secrets could be hidden inside.”The villager’s eyes lit up with curiosity, and soon a small crowd had gathered around the stall, watching as the merchant demonstrated how the box worked. Next to him, another merchant was offering small, colorful stones that glowed faintly in the sunlight, claiming they were charms to bring good luck and ward off evil spirits. Other stalls displayed an array of products that ranged from delicate pottery and handwoven fabrics to strange and exotic trinkets. One stall had rows of small glass vials filled with vibrant, swirling liquids — potions, perhaps, or perfumes. Another had bundles of dried plants and spices. At a nearby stall, two merchants were haggling over a collec

His expression was calm but firm, a silent command for the merchant to back off.“You are mistaken,” Yenari said. “She is one of us, here in Havalu, nothing more.”The merchant’s eyes darted nervously between Yenari and Georgia, his mouth opening and closing as if searching for the right words. The recognition had sparked something within him — fear, and panic, as he knew, he recognized, he was sure, it was Georgia, the silver eyed werewolf who annihilated pack

Chapter 81 - A Decision To Make“Are you okay?” Yenari asked Georgia as they stood on a higher ground that could oversee the trading area near the beach. The sun was high yet the air was cool, mingling with the sea breeze that was blowing Georgia’s hair. With her encounter with the Westerners of Le Roma, her mind had drifted her back to everything that she had left back there. Her parents were dead, her house burned, and the only thing that was left behind now for her was her mate — Maxton, the Alpha King of the West Region. She wondered how he had been, was he doing good now? The time she left, he was struggling, at the brink of death; but after seeing the merchants from the West Le Roma, trading, it just meant that the war had been over, and the region was doing well for it to be able to send the merchants along with the other merchants from the other regions of Le Roma. ‘The King must be doing well now,’ she thought to herself, the West was back to its normal operations.Georgia

Chapter 82 - A LegendYenari remained silent as he listened to their stories, a silver eyed wolf, though indeed Georgia’s eyes were strikingly silver, they could still be mistaken. But Yenari had already heard it from her and Tehani before, the statements that Georgia made, the sins she had committed, the guilt that she was carrying to the point that she even regretted having a second chance at life. Despite all these, Yenari did not confirm or deny anything to the Le Roma merchants, instead, he just simply tilted his head slightly, encouraging the merchant to continue.“They say she was dangerous, powerful,” the merchant continued, his voice was almost a whisper, as if it would be a dangerous crime to speak about the silver eyed werewolf. “She was used by Harrion Bergmont, a traitor who tried to overthrow the Alpha King of the West. She led raids, massacred packs, destroyed everything in her path. They called her a perfect weapon, a beast... She was feared in Le Roma.”The two other

It’s about them.”Georgia looked back toward the distant, dwindling figures of the merchants, their silhouettes fading as they worked around their stalls. “I don’t know what you mean,” she said, but her voice lac

Georgia.”A silence fell over the group, and then, like a wave crashing against the shore, came a chorus of disbelief and confusion. “Georgia?” another merchant repeated, frowning. “The one who served under Harrion, the one who was rumored to have been killed?”“Yes,” the first merchant said, his

He set his papers aside and leaned back in his chair, gesturing for the man to continue. "We have been hearing whispers, and rumors from the merchants who just returned from their trade routes. They claim to have seen her."Tanner’s eyes narrowed, a mix of skepticism and curiosity crossing his features. "Georgia? You are telling me they have seen her?""Yes, sir. At least, that is what the reports are saying. They say she was seen in Havalu, living among the islanders. Several of the merchants from other regions, even the ones who are from here claimed that the

This island will always be here for her.”Maxton paused, considering Yenari’s words. This was not about their territorial instincts or jealousy; it was about Georgia’s safety, her peace, and he would consider whatever refuge was offered to make her safe. “I appreciate that,” he said, sincerely. Her fingers lingered on her collar, her heartbeat finally slowing, her breath no longer a ragged thing in her chest. As she glanced at Maxton, she found him similarly composed, his hands running over his shirt, face now a mask of calm readiness. The silence between them held everything left unsaid, the intense moment that had shared already spoke so much, enough for them to understand each other. She gave one final tug to her skirt and nodded to Maxton as they decided to walk out of the cave as if nothing had happened. His hand rested on her back as together they stepped back toward the beach.Yenari, and everyone else who waited for them turned their eyes on their

He moved his other hand to lift her left leg, giving more access for his finger to go deeper into her pussy as he pumped his fingers slowly at first, his thumb brushing over her clit, making her tremble and weak, and her pussy tightening around him. “F*ck,” Maxton muttered under his breath, “you feel so tight, baby.” He moved his fingers faster and harder, stretching her, making sure he was wet and open enough for him when he plunge his cock deep into her. The thought made his cock twitch, throbbing, a pr

She had seen him before, topless, when she was under the influence of the Soulbane Drug, but she was out of her own mind that time and could not process what he was, however, the memory remained in her head, and she had never had the chance to touch him like this, and she never knew this was intoxicating. Her palms slid up, pushing his shirt higher until he helped her pull it off, tossing it aside without a care. Her breath hitched at the sight of him, his skin glistening in the dim light, every muscle taut, his chest rising and falling rapidly. She swallowed and could not take her eyes off him. Seeing someone naked was not new to her since wolves shifted back to their human forms naked, but for her, Maxton was causing a different sensation in her, it was driving something hot in her system.Maxton

Chapter 91 - A Desire: Mate Bond’s DemandHis lips brushed hers softly at first, a fleeting touch, testing the waters, and she did not flinch. She did not pull back. If anything, she leaned in, just barely, but it was enough. This subtle response from Georgia was a signal for Maxton to proceed. He pressed his lips to hers again, this time more firmly, the kiss deepening as the floodgates they built within themselves, to protect themselves from each other, broke open, pouring out the desire and feelings they held out for too long. The moment Georgia allowed herself to respond, it was as if something inside her shattered. All the conditions she had set for herself, all the restraint she had been holding onto for so long, unraveled in that kiss. She kissed him back, with a hunger she did not know she had been suppressing. Her fingers curled into the fabric of his shirt, pulling him closer as if afraid he might disappear if she did not hold onto him tight enough. Every part of her body se

Chapter 90 - The Need to Feel HerMaxton’s hand moved to her arm, his fingers brushing her skin gently, and he could feel her shiver at the contact. He stepped even closer as he spoke softly to her, trying to comfort her in a way he could at the moment, to ease the burden she was carrying. He had already suspected before that she chose to disappear in a way that she had wanted to end her life because he had seen that that was the kind of girl she was, who was willing to save everyone by ending her life. He had seen it before when she cut her own arm and let herself bleed out in order to save him from her own hands, and she did it again, drowned herself, not only to escape her sins, but also to spare the Maxton and his region from getting attacked because of her, for as centuries had shown, silver eyed werewolves were and had always been hunted down, and she did not want to put Maxton and his region at risk of those attacks just because of her.“The war is over, Georgia. The region has

Chapter 89 - Take You Back Home“You’re sure about this?” Yenari asked as he watched Georgia stand there, staring out at the beach where Maxton and his men were waiting after she had made the decision to face him, so that she would not have any regrets in the end. The wind played with her hair, but her face was still, yet her eyes were distant and there was a hint of something uncertain in her gaze. Initially, she was sure that she wanted to stay, and remain on the island, but after she had seen Maxton, helpless and longing, it tugged something in her heart, and just his mere presence already made her waver with her initial resolve.Georgia swallowed, her lips parting as she struggled to find the words. “I need to talk to him,” she said, finally. “If I don’t... this won’t end, I could not ever make peace with myself and the one that I left behind,” she added.Yenari hesitated, his jaw clenching. “I won’t let them take you if you don’t want to go,” he said firmly. “Remember that.”She

And there is another one beneath it, blue, with a crest we don’t recognize."Yenari's jaw ticked. Le Roma? Here? Without warning? He stepped out of his hut, scanning the distant horizon. Sure enough, a sleek yacht was cutting through the waves, growing larger with each passing second as it got closer to the island. It glided across the water and many of the villagers gathered at the shore out of curiosity, asking themselves who was arriving for they were not informed that there would be incoming visitors of the island."Call the men," Yenari commanded sharply. Chapter 87 - Journey to the IslandOne afternoon, Georgia found herself sitting under the shade of a coconut tree, watching the sun glint off the gentle waves. She was shelling peanuts for a local dish, her hands working mechanically while her mind drifted into the far sea, like a canoe sailing in the middle of the vast blues. It was moments like these when the past crept up on her, unbidden. She could almost see Maxton’s face, the way his eyes would harden whenever he was deep in thought, she had only known him for a brief time, encountered him while she was under Harrion’s control, but those memories she was with him while bound by the dark magic remained. She wondered what he would think if he saw her now, barefoot and sun-kissed, so different from the pale fierce soldier of Harrion that had slaughtered lives. Would he even recognize her? Would he want to? She tried t
