I know I hurt Jeremy with my words, but he also hurt me. For once in my life, I had to be selfish and think only of myself. It wasn’t being selfish, but I don’t know if Jeremy would see it that way. He surely didn’t like that I asked Demian to take me to my mother’s house, but I didn’t care either.
