Jaxon's POV

In the sprawling halls of the pack house at 7:30 am, which is classed as the rush hour when every one gets ready for the day ahead, kids go to school and parents begin their usual work, I watch as Esme emerged from her our room carrying Reggie on one arm and a coffee in her other hand, her spirit was now beginning to flicker with newfound light and energy which was always good especially on these types of days.

As our eyes met across the room, I felt a surge of warmth and gratitude. Esme had been through so much, but her unwavering strength and determination had guided her through a dark period of her life and once again she will bounce back slowly, stronger and better.
