Chapter 15

Sinclair's pov.

It was now time for us to embark on the journey into the forest to find abia, i could feel the mix of anxiety and tension in the air as we make our way to the enchanted forest.

No one has said a word since we started walking through the bushes, we all had our bag packs where we packed some clothes, snacks, water and weapons.

“How much further do we have to walk I'm exhausted” rissa moans resting her hands on her knees.

“We are still no where yet, we need to keep moving” I reply glancing at her before ami places her hands on her back and rubs gently saying,

“Common we have to keep going” uncertainty of what is to come evident in her face as she looks at me desperately.

I wink at her and continued walking, we got to a river where we took a little break, the rocks creating a pathway to get to the other side of the river as the sound of the river flowing creates a serene atmosphere as the birds sing it was the best place to take a break after walking for over an hour.
