CHAPTER 113: Voting

Callista’s POV~~

“Each of you will write down their choice on a piece of paper without revealing it to the other,” the elder announced again.

“I will collect and tally the votes with the rest of the elders here to maintain confidentiality,” he added, gesturing to the council of elders sitting beside him.

As soon as he said that, a young boy who should be in his early twenties came inside the meeting hall and brought in something like a parchment. It was made from the hide of a silver-furred wolf. He dropped the parchment at the center of the room, where it is visible for everyone to walk to, and dropped their vote in it.

The boy left and came back inside, this time with multiple inks, quills, and a small piece of parchment. He placed it gently in front of each of the Alphas.
