Ella's POV

I breathed in, loving the smell in the air as the realtor took us through the apartment. It smelled nice, like a new house and I wanted to stay here forever but I needed to move on. We needed to check out the whole apartment and sign the papers. Asides that, we had a lot that we needed to do.

"This is the whole apartment. I hope you like what you see." He said as he took us back to the front door where we had begun the journey.

"I love it and I'm sure others do as well." I said, acting as the spokesperson for our team.

"Please sign this then after making the payment. Are you making a transfer?" He asked, pushing a paper to me and placing it on the ledge that we were standing beside.

"I'm paying in cash." I said.

"Cash." He said, smiling widely.

I brought out the money I already counted and gave it to him, noting how his smile widened. I didn't think anyone's smile could be that wide without spoiling the lips but it turned out that I was wrong.
