Sarah's Pov

I walked majestically away from Diva with excitement that I had shunned her good. Although I felt I had driven trouble to myself I was still happy to have put her in her place. I didn't know why but my instinct kept telling me to get whatever belongs to me. I've been acting too weak and it made me get hurt most times. But after I knew that I'd been too fragile, I started to act tough and let no one look down on me especially when the wolves told me that was what I should do.

I maintained my smile until I got to Jake's room and let out a sigh before I thought of hitting the door to knock. I hit the door about three times but no response came from him even when I smelled that he was in. I knew he had smelled me too and he was only pretending not to hear me. I brought my hand up to the door lobe and turned it to push the door open. It wasn't locked so I pushed it larger to enter.
