Diva held her face with her left hand in awe, trying to grasp what Sarah had just done to her. It was unbelievable because she was not expecting from her. If Jake had hit her face then she would know she had truly passed her boundary. But then, Jake didn't even try to raise his hand but Sarah did. What audacity. The two ladies stood facing each other in rage. Sarah wouldn't accept Diva disrespecting her again as the Luna, even the power she possesses wouldn't allow her to give way to Diva to treat her the way she always does. Diva on the other end was not ready to give up. Sarah was taking over her place without her permission and it was making her vexed. She wouldn't allow that. Sarah had just come from nowhere to spoil her happiness and you want her to lay low? Never! Diva didn't plan to do that. "Sarah?" Jake called from behind her and she replied, her gaze still on Diva. "What is it?"Placing his both hands on her shoulders, he conceded, "You need to calm down, Sarah. You need
Diva's Pov "He didn't even love me," I continued to mutter to myself as I made my way out of his office. I couldn't wait any longer for him to continue his love talk between Sarah and him. How could he think of telling me such things? Was he supposed to profoundly love her that way and still let me know? How did he expect me to relate to it? "Oh, okay, wow. I love the fact that you both are now together. You don't have to worry about me any longer, I will find my way." Was that what he wanted me to say? Hell, no! I was furious. I just needed to see the brat and tugged her neck with my canines. Then, she would know who exactly I am. I am not going to let down all that they want me to regret. It's either they dirge for being together or they both won't find happiness because I wouldn't stop at anything to make sure they all regret ever making me regret. I made my way to my chamber with maids and servants bowing their head to me. I didn't reply just so you know, I'm angry and I don't
Sarah pushed the door to Jake's office opened and she entered, her face looking all moody as ever. She had gotten angry the other time when Jake had told her to leave. Even when she knew he was still going to tell her what he discussed with Diva, she just didn't like the feeling that she left both of them alone. Diva was not to be trusted and it pained her a lot to see that she was back to the pack. What was she looking for after she left the pack as a Luna and refused to fulfil her duties? Can't she have a rethink that, oh, these two are back again and they love each other, I shouldn't abrupt their love life again. The one's I've done were not pleasing so I should stay clear, can't she had said things like that to herself? It was what her, Sarah could do. If she knew she was going to create a boundary between two lovers, no matter how much crush she had for that person, nothing will ever make her want to be the center of attention. She wouldn't be so bad to do something like that.
Jake and Joe mount on their hose followed by other top ranking commander while the armies all shifted into their wolves. They also prepared chariot for their things since they would be staying out of the pack for vaout three days just like Jake had planned. Maids were the ones to hadle the chariot that contained food, water, wears and any necessary things the right be needing. Sarah stood at the terrace of the pack house, watching the as they took their leave, striding alongside each other with Jake and Joe going ahead of them. Seeing them move clouded loneliness in her. It was the first time she was feeling so bitter to see Jake far away from her. She had never knew till then that she had such a strong feeling for him. She never knew she would so much fall in love with him even in her hardest time but then she did. Jake had gotten her and everything things she does were all about him which she didn't buy too well. She didn't want her thought to be about him but she couldn't refuse
"What did he say?" Jake inquired from his armies who were watching over the rogues that was leading them to places where they had once had meeting with the unknown woman. Jake didn't want to trust the rogues but he has to risk things and picked three out of them to lead them. Thankfully for him too, rogues can't mindlink each other so there was no need for him to bother about external attack even though they were being extra careful. "He said he would love to ease himself," one of the guard answered. "Halt, everyone!" Jake commanded and instructed the guard with a nod to attend to the rogue. The guard did and helped the rogue with his trouser while everyone waited for him to finish up so they can continue their way. Joe turned to Jake, "My instinct tells me that they must have had a meeting at the pack boundary, somewhere around. What I mean is that, they might have had a meeting around the pack boundary which will be a quick access to our pack," Joe conceded and Jake hummed in rea
It was dawn again and the sun already arrived in the south from where Jake and his armies took refuge. Since it wasn't facing them, the sun didn't have much effect on them. One after the other, they began to wake up and prepare to leave for another location that the rogues had said wasn't farther from where they were. The trip was just like another adventure for them so no one worried about the distance whereas their Alpha was with them so they had nothing to be scared about. Everyone was already prepared by the time Jake came out of his tent after he had also prepared himself. His tent was packed almost immediately by one of the maids as he headed toward where his horse was. He mounted on it as well as others but halted when he hadn't seen Joe. "Where's my Beta?" he inquired from one of the guards that were beside him. "He told us, he'll be here soon. He went to get some medicine from the wood," the guard answered and Jake nodded his head in understanding. The rogues were also hau
"You," Jake pointed at one of the rogues and the guards brought him forward. "You and you," Jake called out to two strong men from his armies then he turned to Joe. "Joe you are coming with us too," he told him and Jake jumped down from his horse. He made sure his horse was stable before he moved away from him. He then began to stride down from the hills while those he mentioned followed suit after him as he made his way down the hills, heading to the hideout. It was a little distance from the hills to the bottom of the hideout so it was very easy for them to get there and not grab attention of anybody who would likely be at the hideout. Jake led them solemnly making sure he was sniffling in the atmosphere even when they hadn't seemed to gotten anywhere. "What was the discussion you had when the meeting was held here?" Jake inquired from the rogues and they both kept quiet trying to thinking of what they had truly conversed with the strange woman. "You can't remember?" Jake requeste
Sarah's Pov Sarah sat in Jake's office when she heard a knock on the door. She let out a heavy sigh knowing it was time to go do her the things that she now called a daily activities. Although, she wasn't going to do much of a work, she just felt tired from the other day works. She had been busy right from the time Jake and the pack armies had left the pack. She missed Jake a lot but what she go herself involved in didn't make her think as lot about him except when she was alone. She raised herself from the seat she sat on and moved away from the table before she spoke up. "Come in."The door immediately was pushed opened and Jack walked in, fully dressed in his guard clothing, looking handsome as ever. Hus armour laid on his shoulder and Sarah wondered why he had to put on an armour. She nod her head at him, her gaze on his shoulder and he was quick to get what she meant. "I put this on since I felt I should. It makes me a complete guard," Jack told her and Sarah made a face. "I
