Alison's Point of View

The sunlight filtered through the thick canopy of trees, dappling the forest floor with golden patterns that seemed to shift and shimmer with every breeze. For once, the ever-present tension in the Crimson Pack felt like it had lifted, replaced by an air of celebration. But as I stood in my room, staring at my reflection in the mirror, my heart was a whirlwind of emotions, joy, nerves, and the faintest hint of disbelief.

I was about to mate with Xander, the man who had under gone so much with me. And now, he was mine, and I was his. Forever.

A soft knock on the door pulled me from my thoughts. Before I could answer, the door creaked open, and Simone stepped inside, her expression warm but still tinged with the seriousness her new role demanded.

“You look breathtaking,” she said, her voice soft as she closed the door behind her. She wore her ceremonial robes, a deep Crimson that complemented her dark hair and the faint golden glow that now seemed to follow her ev

Xander’s Point of ViewThe first rays of dawn stretched across the Crimson Pack’s territory, painting the horizon in soft golds and pinks. The forest, still hushed from the night, seemed to hold its breath, as if reluctant to let us leave. I stood on the balcony of the guest quarters, staring at the landscape that had become familiar over the past few weeks. It was beautiful, yes, but not home.Behind me, Alison stirred, her soft movements like music to my ears. I turned, catching the sight of her wrapped in a blanket, her hair cascading down her back in loose waves. Her eyes, still heavy with sleep, met mine, and for a moment, the world stilled.“Good morning,” she murmured, her voice husky from sleep.“Good morning, my love,” I replied, crossing the room to her. I leaned down to press a kiss to her forehead, savoring the warmth of her skin against mine. She smiled, but there was a hint of something in her expression, bittersweet, perhaps. Today was the day we would leave the Crimson

Alison’s Point of ViewThe council chamber buzzed with a quiet intensity that seemed to seep into every corner of the room. I sat beside Xander, my hands resting on the carved wooden armrests of my chair, the intricate wolf insignia of the NightFang Pack etched into the wood beneath my fingertips. My heart raced, but I kept my face calm, my expression neutral. Today was no ordinary day. It was the first time I would preside over a major pack case as Luna. The weight of responsibility was tangible, like an invisible crown pressing down on me. A year ago, I wouldn’t have thought this possible, me, a slave from Silver Moon, now the daughter of an Alpha and most of all a Luna, seated at the head of the most powerful pack council. Beside me, Xander exuded his usual air of authority, his gaze steady as he surveyed the room. Just his presence grounded me.“Ready?” he asked, his voice low but laced with a warmth that only I could detect.I nodded, meeting his eyes. “I am.”He gave a small smi

Alison’s Point of ViewThe night was cloaked in a serene stillness, the kind that felt sacred, as though the world itself held its breath. The faint hum of crickets outside blended with the soft rustle of the wind through the trees. I stood by the window in our bedroom, the silver light of the full moon washing over me like a gentle caress. Its glow illuminated the room, casting long shadows that danced on the walls.I wrapped my arms around myself, feeling the soft cotton of my robe against my skin. My hair, still damp from the shower, clung to my back, and I brushed it away absently as I gazed out at the night. The moon had always been a silent witness to my life, a distant, glowing guardian. Tonight, it seemed brighter, fuller, as if it too celebrated the journey I had taken to reach this moment. I pressed a hand to the cool glass, feeling a sense of connection to the universe beyond. How did I get here? The thought whispered through my mind, not in disbelief, but in awe.Memories

Alison's Point of View The kitchen buzzed with life as the morning sunlight poured through the large windows, casting golden streaks across the polished countertops. I stood at the island, hands busy kneading dough for biscuits, my shoulders shaking with laughter at Katherine's relentless teasing. “You know,” Katherine began, her voice lilting with mischief as she chopped vegetables beside me, “if that mark on your neck gets any darker, I’m going to start planning a nursery.” I gasped, heat rushing to my face. “Katherine!” I exclaimed, glancing nervously at the kitchen staff, who were doing their best to stifle grins. “What?” She shrugged, her grin as sly as a fox’s. “I’m just saying, Alison, it’s about time I got some grandpups running around. You’re a Luna now. It’s practically part of your duty.” I rolled my eyes, though I couldn’t keep the smile off my face. “Trust me, you’ll be the first to know.” Her laugh rang out, warm and melodic, filling the kitchen as she turned

Xander's Point Of ViewThe air felt like it had been sucked out, leaving behind a tense, suffocating silence. I stood in the kitchen doorway, my gaze shifting from another guard to Alison, who still looked pale and shaken from her episode."Alpha, the situation is escalating," the guard said, his voice urgent."Inform them I’ll be there soon," I ordered firmly, my voice steady despite the growing unease coiling in my gut. As the guard left, I turned to Alison, placing a hand gently on her shoulder. "You’re staying here."Her eyes snapped to mine, wide and resolute. “The hell I am.”"Alison," I began, my tone low, trying to keep the conversation private despite my mother hovering nearby. "You just collapsed. You’re not in any state to deal with this. Let me handle it."Her jaw clenched, the fire in her eyes refusing to dim. "I’m fine, Xander. And you can’t shield me from this. Whatever’s happening, it’s affecting the pack. Our pack. I have to be there.""She’s right, son," Moth

Alison's Point Of View Chaos echoed in my ears long after the crowd’s shouting had stopped. I stood there, frozen, as wave after wave of panic swept through me. My chest tightened, and my thoughts raced, but I couldn’t grab hold of a single coherent one. This was my pack, I am there Luna, they are my people, how could this be happening? "Alison," Katherine’s voice cut through my fog, steady and calm. She stood tall amidst the storm of emotions, the perfect picture of strength. "We need to move." Her words were directed at Xander, but when I didn’t respond, she stepped closer, gripping my hand firmly. Her touch was grounding. "Come, dear. You’re part of this now." Before I knew it, Katherine had pulled me along. The walk to Xander’s office felt like a dream, no, a nightmare. Faces blurred past me, voices distant and distorted. My legs carried me forward, but my mind stayed behind, replaying the girl’s scream, her tear-streaked face. When we reached the office, Xander slumped i

Alison's Point Of ViewI was surrounded by shadows, the dense woods stretching endlessly around me. The towering trees swayed ominously, their skeletal branches reaching out as though trying to ensnare me. The air was thick, suffocating, and a faint rustling echoed in the distance. My heartbeat thundered in my ears, loud and fast, as if my body instinctively knew something I didn’t.I turned in every direction, but I saw no one. Yet, I could feel the presence, someone or something was watching me. My voice wavered as I called out, "Who’s there?"For a moment, silence answered me. Then, a low, melodic voice, dripping with authority, came from behind. "Look behind you."I froze, every hair on my body standing on end. Slowly, I turned, my breath catching in my throat. Standing before me was a woman unlike anyone I’d ever seen. She was radiant yet terrifying, her white cloak shimmering faintly as though it was made of moonlight itself. The hood rested loosely over her head, but it co

  • Rejected: Mated to Another Alpha   Chapter 94: Internal Doubt

Xander's Point Of ViewThe faint glow of dawn bled through the tall windows of my office, casting long shadows across the room. I sat at the head of the table, gripping the armrest of my chair as the pack elders murmured among themselves. The tension in the air was almost suffocating, their voices tinged with frustration and fear. The clock on the wall ticked relentlessly, a harsh reminder of time slipping away. It was barely 6 a.m., yet the weight of the day already pressed heavily on my shoulders.Elder Arthur, the eldest among them, cleared his throat and leaned forward. “Alpha Xander, with all due respect, has the Luna offered any guidance? It is believed she possesses visions. Surely, she must have seen something by now?”I suppressed a growl at his tone, even though he had a point. Arthur’s distrust of Alison right from the start was as thinly veiled as the morning mist, but he knew better than to openly voice it.I met his gaze, my voice even but firm. “My Luna actually h

Alison’s POVThe garden had always been my little sanctuary.I sat beneath the shade of the old flowering tree, its blossoms heavy with color, the sweet fragrance dancing lazily in the evening breeze. The sun hung low in the sky, painting streaks of orange and gold across the heavens, while the soft rustle of leaves filled the silence.I let out a gentle sigh, one hand absently cradling my now-round stomach, the other bringing a snack to my lips. Little sweet biscuits.. my latest craving. The soft crunch was comforting, the simple pleasure grounding in a world that had been nothing but chaos and blood not too long ago.For a while, I just sat there, watching the blooms sway and the little insects that busied themselves among them. These were flowers I had nurtured myself… tiny, fragile things that somehow clung to life and bloomed despite the odds. A little like me, I thought with a small smile. But then…That feeling again. The prickling on the back of my neck. The weight of invisibl

Xander’s Point of ViewThe moment Alison’s body collapsed into my arms, my heart lurched violently inside my chest. “Alison!!” I shouted, the sound more a guttural, desperate growl than a word. I scooped her up without hesitation, her head lolling against my shoulder, her skin pale and cold.Panic gripped me like a vice.“Get the physician! Now!” I barked at one of the nearby omegas, my voice rough and sharp.I didn’t wait. I carried her up the stairs, my steps uneven thanks to my injured leg, but there was no force in this world that could keep me from her side. I laid her gently on our bed, brushing hair away from her face, my fingers trembling.“Alison, come on baby… open your eyes for me.” I spoke in a broken whisper.Within moments, the physician arrived, his scent familiar, his face lined with age and wisdom. Before he could even get close, I rounded on him.“What’s wrong with her? What's happening he suddenly collasped?!”“Xander,” my mother’s voice cut through the haze of my p

  • Rejected: Mated to Another Alpha   Chapter 166: Return to Nightfang

Alison's POVThe sky was blushing with shades of amber and gold as we reached the Nightfang border. The forest smelled different, cleaner, sweeter somehow. The war was over, and for the first time in what felt like forever, peace hung thick in the air. I felt Simone’s arms squeeze me in a final hug as we approached the edge of Crimson Pack territory.“I’ll be fine from here,” Simone promised, forcing a smile, though her eyes glistened. “You saved us, Ali… go home you need to rest.”I swallowed hard, nodding, my throat tight. “I’ll come see you soon.”“Promise?”“Promise. Tell my father I'd come by later”And with that, she turned and disappeared into the trees.By the time Xander and I made it to the Nightfang courtyard, dusk had started creeping in. The warm orange glow settled over the stone walls and the scent of the pack filled my lungs. Alison POV“Xander?”The name left my lips in a whisper, barely carried by the cold night air. I stood there, my white fur matted with blood and earth, my chest heaving after the final clash beneath the cursed red moon. The sky was clearing now… the eerie crimson glow fading back to its rightful silver. I should have felt victorious. I should have felt alive. But all I felt was dread. The world around me was too quiet. The earth no longer trembled, the cries of the damned had faded into suffocating silence. I lifted my head, my ears twitching, desperately searching for the familiar voices for them. For Xander. For Simone. But the forest was empty, and the only thing that brushed against me was the cold wind.Where are they?Mother Eliza had promised. Victory will spare them. That was her exact fucking promise. She said the evil witch’s curse would break with the witch’s fall. I had shattered the monster's heart with my own claws, I felt the magic unravel. So why… why wasn’t I hearing

Alison’s POV "I refuse to die like this… not today, not like this.” I thought it was the end. I braced myself, teeth clenched, heart hammering so loud I could hear it echo in my ears. The witch’s spell, an ominous swirl of darkness and crackling green light, shot toward me like a bullet from hell itself. I shut my eyes so tight they hurt, waiting for the searing pain to tear through me. But it never came. Everything around me… froze. I mean literally… frozen. The howling wind stopped mid-scream, the leaves hung motionless in the air like trapped confetti, and the cursed magic hovered right in front of me, suspended like some twisted work of art. My pulse thundered in my ears as I cracked open one eye, then the other, slowly taking in this eerie, impossible sight. “What the…?” I gasped, my voice trembling and shaky. A sudden warmth, gentle but firm, filled the air around me. Then came a voice I hadn’t heard in what felt like forever… soft, familiar… maternal. “Alison, use your

Alison’s POV"I don’t have a goddamn choice, do I?"The words slipped from my lips like a broken prayer, hanging in the cold, cursed air around me. I stood at the ragged edge of that dark, twisted forest a place that reeked of death and old magic, where even the moonlight was too afraid to fall.Behind me, the world I knew was unraveling.I turned, my throat burning, and let my eyes fall on them. Xander, lying there, so pale it hurt to look at him. His chest barely rose, his lips bluish. And beside him, Simone… barely alive, a wisp of breath between her lips, her skin almost translucent in the fading light. My heart shattered, a million jagged pieces tearing at my insides.“I’m sorry Xander! Simone!,” I whispered, the words trembling as they left me. “I swear to you both… I’ll fix this. I’ll make it right… or I’ll die trying.”My chest heaved, but I forced my feet forward, into the cursed forest.Every step I took felt like walking deeper into a grave. Alison’s POVAs time passed minute by minute I couldn’t hear anything anymore. Not the ticking of time, not Simone’s footsteps circling endlessly, not even my own heartbeat. All I could hear was silence… and the weight of failure.Xander’s head lay on my lap, his face pale, body limp, chest rising and falling in irregular shudders. His once steady heartbeat now thumped like a fading drum. I gently brushed the hair from his forehead, my hands trembling. How could he have done this for me? For all of us?I bowed over him, a tear splashing onto his cheek. “Please,” I whispered. “You can’t die, not now. Not like this.”I looked up, only to see Simone pacing like a trapped animal. Her eyes were wide, frantic, as she pressed her palms against the invisible barrier again and again, trying to push through. Nothing worked. The ancient spellbook… our only hope was lying just inches beyond the boundary. So close. Yet unreachable. Her voice cracked. “Dammit!” she screamed, slamming her fists agai
