Ep 16: Will he love me one day?

"Maryn." As Kimberly called her, her gaze shifted to her from her brother who was lying on the bed.

Kimberly hugged her and added in a sad tone of voice, "Thank you so much, Maryn. If not for you, I can't imagine what would have happened to my brother. Thanks a lot."

Maryn patted her back and looked at Adolf again. To see him lying on the bed unconscious, she never imagined he could be in such a situation. She thought he was powerful and nothing could happen to him.

"What happened to him?" Maryn questioned worriedly. When the doctor came to check on him, everyone was running back and forth, and she couldn't stop worrying.

Wiping off her tears, Kimberly looked at Adolf. Since she came here, she has hardly been able to stop crying.

"Well, it's related to his childhood trauma." Kimberly voiced, she held her hand and continued, "Maryn, it's not that I don't want to tell you but I want you to hear it from him."
