Forgiveness.

A thousand thoughts ran through Kaitlyn's mind when she saw the girl sitting at the table. She had not seen her daughter for eighteen years, but there was no doubt it was her Demetria. The girl looked exactly like her when she was young, trusted people, and believed the world was no such a wrong place. Kaitlyn could swear that was ages ago.
