Dominic pov

I watch her lip quiver as she tries to stop her tears and I want to break shit.

"how long did you date her?",came a sad voice. Hannah wouldn't look up at me she kept her head down.

"I've been around for hundreds of years Hannah and I thought I didn't have a mate",fuck this isn't a good answer.

"I asked how long you dated her Dom not how long you been around ",she looked up briefly.

"we were friends with benefits",I uttered and watched as Hannah shrank into herself.

"oh",was all she got out.

"it lasted a long time till five years ago when my vampire side said to stop and I would find my mate so I stopped but i got drunk once and we fucked",this wasn't helping I could feel it I was just upsetting her more.

"so I saved myself for a mate that threw his away",I think she meant to think that instead of saying it.

"I think I need to leave Dominic ",she wouldn't look at me and my heart shattered. She can't leave me I need her.

"you can't beauty I need you here with me. Your my queen ",she cringed.

"I gave you my virginity and I can't get it back I've never been anyone's first choice and you sleeping with her just makes it even worse. When was the last time?",she fisted her shirt.

"a year ago. yes the srunk mistake on my part",her eyes took in mine and I saw defeat something no man ever wants to see in his mate's eyes.

"I would like to take a bath please and I want to be alone in there",she wouldn't look up I needed her to show me her pain.

"beauty I wanted to wash you",our males in the coven did that with their mates after mating it was a ritual.

"please just let me be alone I need to think",her voice pleaded and I for the life of me couldn't argue with her. I went to scoop her up but she jerked up and asked where the bathroom was. Once I pointed she hurried in and slammed the door shut and locked it.

Fuck this was a mess.

"Dominic a word please",my mom linked me. I stepped outside and she smacked my chest angry at me.

"why are you hitting me?",I hiss.

"because I can feel her pain you asshole everyone can. You broke her heart and over a cheap slut like Bianca ",my mom smacked me again.

"stop hitting me mother I'm going to fix it. Hannah is sweet she will forgive me",I fucking hope she will.

"either way your still a asshole she is in there crying now. I know I was hesitant to a werewolf being here at first but Hannah seems sweet",my mom smacked me again. I could hear Hannah crying and I hated it.

"I only want my mate mom",I sighed frustrated I had to fix this but I know deep down I'm going to have many roadblocks.

"Dominic I love you a lot your a great son but a complete idiot in other aspects. You had a friends with benefits with Bianca and made her think she would rule beside you and then come back with a mate. Yes you broke it off but you hurt her too. Hannah may be forgiving but the pain will stay for a long time",my mom stalked off cussing.

Entering my room I still hear my sweet Hannah crying and I feel gutted.

"Hannah, I knock on the door lightly, let me in beauty",I try but she does not answer.

"I want to be alone",I hear her sniffle again.

"please let me in I just want to wash you",she sniffles more.

"no thanks",I want to bust the door down but if I do I could ruin what we have. She asked for privacy and alone time I need to respect that. I flop on the bed and wait. An hour later she emerges all flushed from the hot water and wearing pajamas.

"you look adorable beauty ",but she nods. I can tell she cried the whole time and I feel low as hell.

"can I lay down?",she heads for the couch but I stop her.

"sleep on the bed",but her face pales.

"did you have sex with her on it?",I freeze totally unprepared for that question. I don't want to answer and from Hannah's face I can tell she already knows.

"Hannah...",I start but she looks defeated.

"I'm going to sleep in the closet ",she walks in and shuts the door. Fuck me.

"I need new bedroom furniture and mattress ",I say to my mother.

"you idiot",she hisses back.

"I get it mom but I need the stuff now because my queen is in the closet trying to sleep ",she sighs.

"I got a new set coming still in plastic. No other women better be on this one but Hannah ",she growls cutting the link.

"beauty I got new bedroom furniture coming",I say outside the closet door. I hear her sigh but other then that she stays quiet. I know I fucked up but feeling her pain guts me.

"they are outside your door",my mother links. I open to find my new furniture and mom waiting. The pieces start to be moved and I love the color.

"thank you so much I'm sure Hannah will love the soft mattress ",my mom glares at me.

"Hannah sweetheart it's Evelyn can you open up?",she waits and I see my mates head peak out.

"yes",her voice is timid like she is waiting for the other shoe to drop.

"come see the new bedroom furniture ",my mother takes her hand and gently pulls her out. Hannah doesn't resist but we feel her hesitancy.

"it is very nice. thank you",she sounds almost robotic as she looks it over. She stands still as I pull the plastic off everything and set up the bed.

"Dominic let us have a few moments ",my mother orders.

"okay",I'm reluctant as I leave and I stand outside just in case my mom is mean to her plus I want to listen in.

"I'm sorry my son hurt you sweetheart",I hear Hannah sigh sadly.

"it's okay I should be use to it, fuck me, my old pack treated me awful and told me no one would choose me",they put her through so much.

"everyone?",my mom was angry beyond angry.

"yes everyone but alpha and luna they never knew how I was treated. I was treated like a maid at all times. Yelled at and told no mate would want a weak thing like me. I was a betas daughter ",Hannah sounded so miserable.

"Sweetheart he does want you he just thought with his dick for years. I'm sorry about Bianca and her behavior ",my mother was sweet which is weird to me.

"it's okay I can't be picky you could still kick me out",she doesn't know her value she is my queen I can't live without her.

"no sweetie we can't. I am sorry your family hurt you but here your very important and valued",I could feel how Hannah felt disbelief over this. She must of nodded because all talking stopped.

"thank you",I hear my mate mumble as it once again goes quiet. My mom comes out and hisses at me.

"you idiot, she smacks me, fix this now she keeps crying ",mom walks off cussing and I head inside to find my mate asleep. She must of been exhausted. I kiss her forehead and love the tingles I feel. Yes vampires feel the tingles just like werewolves do.

"I'm so sorry beauty more than you will ever know. I say softly to her sleeping form, please forgive me",I kiss her lips and crawl in beside her. My eyes drift shut and I hold her tight in my sleep.
