Chapter 99

Selene noticed someone was tailing but she never paid much attention to it. She had thought it was one of the men trying to get her attention but how did Rayne get the script unless he threatened Eugene of course? The scene was put to an end and Rayne was the first person to leave the stage.

The actors present in the room were sure they hadn't seen Rayne before in the theatre house. He felt early just like how he came late.

Selene went back to the dressing room but there was no sign of Rayne in the room. She was restless and her eyes wandered around the room.

“Selene is that man our new actor? He is handsome and..." Maria said in admiration but Selene didn't even hear any of her words. Her attention was somewhere else.

“You act beautifully as always Selene" Selene yanked her head to the side. Eugene was the one who spoke.
