Alpha Marsh's POV
I had just finished the meeting when I saw Jeffrey standing at the door, looking at me cautiously.
I gave him a cold look and said, "Go ahead, what's the matter?"
"Mr. White just called me. Alpha Justin wants you to return to the Dawn Pack immediately."
I glanced at Jeffrey, "I see."
With that, I stepped over and entered the elevator.
I had a pretty good idea why Alpha Justin wanted to see me.
I had anticipated part of it, but not the other.
"So you're saying you want me to mark Olivia again and let her continue to be the Luna of the Dawn Pack?" I asked in surprise.
Alpha Justin glared at me, "Why? Do you really want that Lily to become the Luna of our Dawn Pack? She doesn't even have the bloodline of a Beta."
I naturally had no intention of mating Lily. But I thought it was absolutely impossible to mate with Olivia again.
"Let's not discuss the new Luna for now. What you said about me re-
Olivia's POVLandon's visit was nothing more than a small episode to me.I didn't take his words from Alpha Justin seriously. After all, I was Alpha Marsh's mate for three years. I could guess some of Alpha Justin's thoughts.Compared to that, I cared more about the bidding plan for the land we were bidding on tomorrow.I rejected the plan proposed in the meeting just now. Morgan didn't dare to oppose me as he used to.I was the daughter of the Alpha of the Red Moon Pack. The entire Wonder Group was affiliated with the Red Moon Pack. Alpha Hunter had only me as a daughter. That is to say, I am the future helmsman of Wonder Group.Who dared to ignore my words now?The plan was sent back, and the relevant departments immediately started working on it.I was flipping through some documents. I was originally planning to have lunch after reviewing the remade bidding plan. However, what came faster than the biddi
Alpha Marsh's POV“... Did you just see that? The people in that private room look like Alpha Zander Wells and Olivia, the ex-wife of the CEO of Walton Group. The other day, paparazzi caught them hugging together at the hospital. After it was posted online, everyone is speculating whether they're really together!”“I glanced when I left. It was indeed Olivia and Alpha Zander in the private room! Honestly, they both have outstanding looks. As someone who prefers good looks, I think they're a perfect match. It would be quite sensible if they were together. There's been a lot of noise online recently. Isn't Mr. Walton still obsessed with his old love, that Ms. Brown, what's her name, Lily? He married Olivia to avoid a contract marriage, and now that Lily is back, he's separated from Olivia. I didn't use to like Olivia very much. However, after her being alone, she's like another person. She's cool and beautiful. Have you seen her playing the drums? Oh my
Olivia's POVWhen he looked at me like that, his deep eyes held a touch of pampering tenderness that made me feel somewhat at a loss.It was as if something gently touched me, causing a slight tremor in my heart.I put down the straw in my hand, pulled out a napkin, and lowered my head to wipe the corners of my mouth. For a moment, no one spoke. The private room was silent, with only the faint sound of the breeze blowing through the olive tree leaves outside the half-open floor-to-ceiling windows. The surroundings were peaceful, but my heart was far from calm. After a while, I put down the napkin and said, "I'm done eating.""I'll take you back to the office."I nodded politely, "Thank you."Alpha Zander glanced at me, seemingly oblivious to the sudden distance I had created. He picked up my bag beside me and said, "Let's go."I glanced at my bag but ultimately didn't speak. We had just left when I remember
Olivia's POVMy mind was blank. My legs mechanically moved forward, with only one thought - to distance myself from this place. But after just a few steps, I stumbled. As I was annoyed that I couldn't leave gracefully, my wrist was suddenly tightly grasped.I was stunned for a moment as if waking up from a dream. The next second, I was pulled into Alpha Zander's arms. The faint scent of him instantly surrounded me. I looked up at him. "He's too cruel, Alpha Zander."I was biting my teeth. My body was shaking uncontrollably.Alpha Zander raised his hand to the back of my head and pressed me to his chest. "Then you can rest assured that my breast is very soft. Just touch it if you don't believe."I was pressed by him. My face was tightly against his chest. In my ears was his steady and powerful heartbeat.Smelling the fragrance on him and listening to his heartbeat, my wolf gradually calmed down. This is a co
Emily's POVAlpha Justin arrived with such haste. His hurried footsteps were echoing in the corridor outside the ward as if carrying an undeniable sense of pressure. He stormed in and left just as quickly. The whole visit lasted no more than five minutes. The ward was once again only Lily and me.The soft "click" of the door closing in that silent space was jarring. My heart tightened."Emily, what should we do?" Lily's voice trembled slightly. Her already pale face was now devoid of color. She looked at me helplessly. Her eyes were filled with confusion and fear.My own thoughts were a chaotic mess. A tangle of thoughts was running wild in my mind.My gaze inadvertently fell on the card on the table. I noticed the edge of it reflecting a faint cold light under the light.A mix of feelings welled up in my heart.50 million was a minuscule amount for the Dawn Pack.Alpha Justin wanted to get rid of us but wa
Olivia's POVThe meeting finally came to an end. I felt my mood had completely settled.Compared to those trivial people and matters, the auction of that piece of land tomorrow was the top priority. It was something I had to go all out to deal with.I turned to Wendy and asked, "What's the situation with Cedric?" Cedric was my strongest competitor in the competition for that piece of land. I had Wendy keep a close eye on his movements.Wendy briefly reported Cedric's situation to me, "……So far, no unusual conditions have been detected."I nodded slightly, "I see."Back in the office, I quickly dealt with two urgent documents before packing up and preparing to leave Wonder Group. When I stepped out of the building, I realized it had started to rain outside. There was actually an umbrella in the office, but I was too lazy to run back up and get it at that time.Fortunately, the rain wasn't heavy, so I
Olivia's POVI didn't refuse, as it was indeed inconvenient to go out in the rain without a car.I was particularly curious about what bet Hannah had made that required me to go to ONE.If Mina knew about this, she would probably argue with Hannah. After all, ONE's boss is a competitor of hers. When I arrived at ONE, it was only a little past eight in the evening. The bar wasn't too crowded yet, but the music was deafening. As soon as I entered, I couldn't help but frown.Hannah saw me from the booth and waved at me from afar. "Olivia, over here! Over here!"I glanced back at Alpha Zander and jokingly said, "Alpha Zander, do you want to play here by yourself for a while?"Alpha Zander glanced at me and replied, "You're really cruel to me."I smiled and explained, "I'm just afraid it will affect your enjoyment here."As soon as I finished speaking, Alpha Zander suddenly approached me. He almost whispered in my ear,
Olivia's POVIn the somewhat private space of the car, I turned my head to look at Alpha Zander. Finally, I couldn't suppress my curiosity and asked softly, "Are you curious?"Hearing my words, Alpha Zander's lips curled up slightly. It outlined a faintly charming arc, "Curious about what?""Whether Leigh is me or not?" I didn't beat around the bush anymore and directly brought up the question in my heart.Just as we approached a red light, the car slowly decelerated until it came to a stop.Alpha Zander slightly turned his head with his gaze falling directly on me. "Does it matter?"Does it matter? This sudden question left me a bit at a loss for a moment. After a brief stupor, I inexplicably laughed. "It doesn't matter."And as soon as my voice dissipated in the quiet car, Alpha Zander's deep and magnetic voice rang out again in my ear. "I'm more curious about when you plan to start a relationship."This
Third person's POVOlivia looked at Hannah with an amused smile, "Should I tell Blanche you have something to do and won't be joining us?""On second thought, we're such close friends. There's no need for such formalities, right?"Hannah quickly changed her tune, fearing Olivia would leave without her.Olivia, well aware of Hannah's character, hummed and turned to go upstairs.Hannah followed
Third person's POVOlivia fell into a deep sleep as soon as she changed into her pajamas, her body and mind desperately needing rest to recover from the exhaustion. This sleep lasted until the sun was high in the sky the next day. When Olivia opened her eyes, it was already past nine in the morning. After freshening up, Olivia discovered numerous messages from Hannah.Raising an eyebrow, she unlocked her phone and clicked into the message list.
Third person's POVMarsh remained silent, and Alpha Justin waited for a moment, but received no explanation.Furious, he threw the book in his hand forcefully. "Marsh, are you mute? Your silence will only make things worse. Your actions might trigger tension between our pack and the Red Moon Pack.""Alpha Justin, it's getting late. You should rest early," Marsh said, preparing to hang up the phone. The next moment, he heard Justin ask angrily, "Do you really not want to reco
Third person's POVIn the werewolf world, different packs have their own territories and complex interpersonal relationships. A large pack like the Red Moon Pack, with its Alpha holding an extremely high status, any conflict with him could trigger a series of chain reactions."Do you think I'm stupid?" Marsh retorted.Zander was clearly pretending to be unconscious! As the Alpha of the Blackthorn Pack, Zander couldn't be that weak.
Third person's POVWarwick noticed that Marsh wasn't responding at all.He turned to look and saw Marsh's face was pale, his forehead covered in a dense layer of sweat.Alarmed, Warwick asked, "Alpha Marsh, don't scare me. What's wrong with you?"March gritted his teeth and, with difficulty, managed to say, "Stomach pain.""I'll take you to the hospital," Warwick declared, immediately reversin
Third person's POVFifteen minutes later, the car pulled up to the Lightmark Hotel.Olivia turned her head to look at Zander. Under the cover of shadow, the bruises on his face were still clearly visible. She could sense the faint scent of the wolf tribe on Zander, a unique smell that mixed wildness and strength, which was hard to conceal even in human form.Olivia glanced and said, "Alpha Zander, we've arrived at the hotel."
Third person's POVOlivia swallowed hard, her gaze instinctively shifting towards the dark hospital window in an attempt to divert her attention. She repeatedly told herself not to be affected by the scene before her. This was just a simple exchange of favors."Try some?" Suddenly, a hot dog was offered right in front of her.Zander lifted his head, his eyes filled with tenderness and anticipation, a faint smile playing on his lips.Olivia leaned back slightly, flustered as she said, "No, thanks."Zander just smiled, his grin growing brighter, as he once again offered the hot dog to her lips and whispered, "Be a good girl. Open your mouth." His voice was incredibly gentle, using the word "good girl" as if he were coaxing a child. His gaze was fixed on Olivia, seemingly waiting for her to accept this small sharing. In a moment of distraction, Olivia unknowingly took a bite.Instantly, her face flushed slightly, feeling a
Third person's POVOlivia and Hannah left the hospital together, taking only about ten minutes to return to the car.Hannah quickly got inside, but Olivia did not follow. At this moment, Olivia was feeling conflicted. She knew Hannah was puzzled and didn't understand her intention to buy food for Zander, yet she couldn't ignore his plight. She told herself silently that this was just a gesture to repay a favor, with no other emotional entanglements.Hannah was taken aback and asked with confusion, "You're not really planning to buy him food, are you?""Go back first," Olivia said, signaling the driver to start the car, her tone resolute and leaving no room for argument. She feared that if she hesitated any longer, she might change her mind."Hey, Olivia, why bother with him..." Hannah tried to dissuade her, but Olivia only pressed her lips tightly together, offering no response. She turned and walked towards the convenie
Third person's POVHe gazed down at Olivia, who looked breathtakingly beautiful tonight, a sight he had never seen before. In his heart, he truly wanted to compliment her, but before he had the chance, the despised Zander had already seized Olivia's attention.Just like now, before he could expose Zander's pretense, Olivia had already concluded that he was the cause of tonight's chaos."I know," Marsh responded in a deep voice, still looking down at Olivia, waiting quietly for her to continue. However, Olivia didn't say anything more. She just gave him a cold look before turning around and leaving resolutely. The news of Zander and Marsh fighting over Olivia spread rapidly within minutes. At such a grand event, it was nearly impossible to conceal their public brawl. As the host of the banquet, the Red Moon Pack, considering Zander's fainting and hospitalization, logically should send a representative to follow up on the matter.
