I woke up before I was able to convince Lana.

I just hope that what I told her was enough to give her the strength to finally wake up. I love her so much and it pains me to know that the reason she remained in that fake reality that she had created was all because of her guilt.

My Aunt Aurora had warned me about a part of Lana that she was hiding. But I was too happy to finally have her back to even give it a thought. And such negligence is the reason why we are here.

I love my father just as much as I love our baby, Nathaniel and I would never deny that my father’s death and my son’s disappearance did not affect me because they did. I was just able to overcome all of it and was able to move forward, because of Lana’s plan for us.

But no matter how painful the loss was, I have never blamed Lana for something that isn’t her fault. And I plan on continuing to do just that when she wakes up.

“Have you met my granddaughter?” my grandfather asks as he checks my vitals.

“Yes,” I
