Alpha Theron’s POV

“Answer me, Alek. Do you believe in this book that Astrid is a monster?!” I demanded him.

When I read the book, it kept repeating the words monster, abomination, and danger.

In the first part, it seemed like a harmless book just sharing information with the reader. It contains what an Almega is like, an offspring of an Alpha and an Omega, and it shares how an Almega is different from a normal werewolf.

It is also written in the book that Astrid’s condition was normal. It’s normal for an Almega to be born as a pure-blooded Omega without sharing any characteristics with her father.

However, things made a twisted turn as I reached the end of the book. The book couldn’t stop talking about how important it is to get rid of an Almega if you see one.

An Almega is an abomination. An Alpha and an Omega shouldn’t have any relationship with each other, more so, have an offspring. An Almega will destroy the balance in Packs and bring chaos to the werewolves once it has awa

Andros’s POVI steeled myself as I made my way through the silent halls of the Packhouse with the monthly report of our Pack business weighing in my hand. My heart pounded nervously inside my chest, thinking of how I was going to present all these to him while hoping that he wouldn’t be disappointed with me this time. Lost in my thoughts of preparation and mustering my confidence, I rounded the corner, heading towards my father’s office. And that’s when I saw him — Beta Alek, whom I hadn’t seen for three long years. A genuine smile tugged at my lips as our eyes met, a warmth spreading through me at the unexpected encounter. “Andros, it’s good to see you,” Beta Alek spoke, returning my smile and giving a respectful bow of his head. “How have you been? And how is the business faring?” I let out a sigh. I was just on my way to visit my father and explain exactly what was going on with the business. The weight of my father’s mounting demands is evident in my expression. “You kno

Andros’s POVI stood in front of my father with my head lowered and my fists clenched tightly to my side as I waited for what his reaction was going to be. I had just finished giving my presentation and showing him everything. Now, he is meticulously going through the data I have printed for him to see. The seconds ticked by, the silence in the room deafening, and I could feel the tension building, coiling tighter with every passing moment. I flinched, my heart pounding in my chest, when he suddenly slammed the papers down onto the desk. The documents scattered, and I swallowed hard, bracing myself for the onslaught of criticism I knew was coming. “Two percent?” My father’s voice thundered, the anger and disappointment lacing his words. “You are already proud of that after all the resources poured into this venture, this is the best that you can do?” I opened my mouth, desperate to explain, to plead my case, but the words got caught in my throat as his piercing gaze silenced m

Andros’s POVMy father’s gaze sharpened when he looked at me after I asked so many questions. “You don’t have to worry about those things. I already have everything all planned out,” he answered me, making me fall silent. “Everyone is already working together to prepare for the event. Since we are going to introduce Astrid as a part of the family, everything needs to be grand and special,” my father spoke excitedly. His eyes were glinting with excitement; he had already made up his mind about this. I clenched my jaw as I tried to remain expressionless when I heard my father’s words. I don’t want him to know that I don’t like this decision he made.It was so sudden. What made him change his mind? The plan was to let Astrid leave once Beta Alek was back, just as Astrid wanted. Why is he keeping Astrid with us instead? My heart sank when my thoughts made an unexpected turn. What if my father also changes his mind in the future? What if he suddenly chooses Astrid as the future Luna of

Astrid’s POVI stared into the mirror, feeling exhausted and sleepy, yet the makeup perfectly covered the weariness etched into my face. The bags under my eyes caused by the stress of being an acting Beta was gone, covered by whatever cosmetic they used on me. It’s like they worked magic on me. I looked fresh and beautiful, like I wasn’t from a long day of duty. I smoothed my hands over the soft, velvety fabric of my dress, which was sent to me by Alpha Theron just yesterday. He told me to wear this dress for today’s special banquet. I wanted to deny the invitation, and I think he knew that which is why he sent me this dress along with the invitation, so it would be hard for me to say no. The dress looked so good on me, though. The deep burgundy hue accentuated my graceful figure. It’s evident that it was custom-tailored just for me. I have no idea what the banquet is for. I heard nobody is invited, just Alpha Theron and then my half-siblings. The banquet is solely for the famil

Astrid’s POVI was just silently eating when Andros suddenly broke the silence. “You know, Astrid,” Andros spoke, catching my attention. “Father has been telling me a lot about you recently. He couldn’t stop giving you praises for the job you have done as the Pack’s acting Beta,” he tells me casually, with his voice tinged with a hint of pride. I felt a surge of surprise when his words washed over me. I wasn’t expecting my brother to talk to me and even compliment me. Andros had always been out of Pack. He only comes back once a year and leaves as soon as he arrives. The first time that we met, we did not leave a good impression on each other either. I didn’t expect that he would mention something like this in front of everyone. I thought he also felt the same way as his sister towards me. I thought he also hated me, but I was surprised that he initiated to talk to me. Alpha Theron suddenly laughed in glee and pride when he heard his son’s words. “That’s true,” he confirmed as h

Astrid’s POVAlpha Theron slammed his fist on the table in anger after Asha raised her heavy accusation against her father. My muscles turned tense, and I lowered my head as the tension hung thick in the air. The anger radiating off from Alpha Theron felt heavy and suffocating as it filled the entire room. “Asha, know your place,” Alpha Theron muttered coldly, his voice laced with threat. Still, Asha did not back down. Her sharp gaze didn’t leave her father as she pinned him down. “Asha, let’s calm down,” Andros discreetly whispered to his sister before things could escalate even further. He reached for his sister’s hand to pull her down. However, Asha shook his hand away and glared at him. “Brother, are you just going to sit here in silence as that woman takes everything away from us?!” Asha spoke to her brother, hoping that he would take her side. “Asha, Astrid is our sister. We might not come from the same mother, but she is still a part of this family and she shares the sam

Astrid’s POVOur eyes turned to Andros when he suddenly stood up. “Don’t worry about her, father. You know how stubborn Asha could be, after a while I’m sure she would realize her mistakes once she had calmed down,” Andros spoke up to appease his father’s anger. Alpha Theron sighed. “That girl, she always let her emotions control her. As my daughter, she should always be capable of handling her emotions well.”“Astrid, I want to apologize for Asha’s behavior. Asha is not usually like this, she was just surprised with the sudden changes,” Andros bowed his head to me to extend his apologies. “It’s okay, there’s no need to apologize,” I spoke hastily as I felt uncomfortable and undeserving of receiving a bow of respect from him. Andros gave me a warm smile, grateful that I accepted his apology on behalf of his sister.“Father, please excuse me. Asha’s POVMy chest heaved as I entered the confines of my bedroom, my lips drawn back in a feral snarl. I couldn’t believe that my wise and powerful father would be tricked by that woman. Even my brother was manipulated by her. How could they not see that woman has evil plans going on in her mind? She lied about everything. She acted like she did not want to have anything to do with us, but the moment she was presented with an opportunity to become a formal part of this family, she did not even hesitate to say yes. How could my father fail to see through that woman? Even if she was his daughter, we cannot just allow her to trick us into getting what she wants. She had only been staying in our Pack for two months, but she had already managed to convince my father to make her our Pack’s acting Beta. Now, she had finally convinced everyone to officially welcome her into the family. Astrid is clearly trying to make her way to the top. If this continues, she might even steal the Alpha

Astrid’s POVThe morning sun spilled over the horizon, bathing the Silvermoon Pack in golden light. It felt like a dream.Like I had woken up from a nightmare and stepped into something softer, something real. The wind was cool, crisp, carrying the scent of pine and earth, untouched by war, by fear. Peaceful.Something I never thought I’d feel again. But here I was.And my children—my heart, my soul—were safe.I looked down at Elara, her tiny fingers curled around mine as we sat on the balcony of the Packhouse. She was staring out at the trees, her expression calm but distant."Are you cold?" I asked softly, brushing her hair behind her ear.She shook her head. "No."She was quiet these days.Healing.Like all of us.I glanced over my shoulder, where Ryker sat cross-legged on the floor, watching Killian with furrowed brows."You're doing it wrong," Ryker grumbled as Killian attempted to braid his sister’s hair.Killian gave him a mock glare. "Excuse me? I was an Alpha before you were

Didn’t care.Because she was here.Astrid.And I would burn this entire place to the ground to get her and Elara back."Killian! We need to push back toward the main entrance!" Ryder shouted over the chaos."Then do it," I snarled, my claws slashing through another rogue’s throat. "I'm getting Astrid."The camp was collapsing around us, rogues scattering in terror. But I didn’t care about them.I cared about one thing.I slammed through the wooden doors, my wolf roaring inside of me, scenting her immediately.Astrid’s POVThe walls shook. The sounds of battle grew louder, closer.I knew what that meant.Killian was here.I forced myself to remain still, though my wrists ached from where they had been tied. The rogues had been restless since nightfall. They hadn’t expected an attack so soon. Hadn’t expected Killian to

Killian’s POVThe night air was thick with tension as we stood outside the war tent, the flickering lanterns casting long shadows over the gathered warriors. We had our plan.It wasn’t enough. Not for me.Not for the rage clawing at my chest, the desperation gripping my every thought.Astrid was out there. Alone. Surrounded. And every second we waited was another second she was at that bastard’s mercy.I paced the length of the clearing, my hands clenched into fists, my wolf snarling just beneath the surface. Patience was never my strength. And right now, I had none."Killian."Ryder’s voice was firm, grounding.I stopped, exhaling sharply, forcing my breathing to even out."We’re ready," Ryder continued, stepping beside me. "The scouts confirmed Astrid’s trail—it leads straight into the rogue king’s stronghold. But we still don’t know exactly where they’re keeping her and Elara."I turned to him, my golden eyes burning. "Then we force them to tell us."Ryder nodded, but his gaze flic

My steps were too fast, too sharp, but I couldn’t slow down. Not now.Not when I had already lost so much. The moment I stepped into the war room, all eyes snapped to me.Ryder was there, arms crossed, watching me carefully. Warriors stood around the table, tense, waiting for orders. Waiting for me to do something. But I wasn’t thinking.I couldn’t think.I could barely see past the red haze of rage.“She left a trail,” Ryder said before I could even open my mouth.I froze. The room around me seemed to still, my mind catching onto his words like a drowning man clinging to a lifeline.“What?” My voice came out sharp, dangerous.Ryder motioned t

Astrid’s POVElara’s blue eyes locked onto mine, wide and glistening with tears, her small frame trembling in the grip of the rogue holding her.“Mommy!”Her voice cracked, breaking something inside me.I lunged, the burning pain of the wolfsbane shackles forgotten, my body driven by nothing but instinct.I barely made it a step before rough hands grabbed my arms, yanking me back.A snarl ripped from my throat. “Let her go!”Ardan’s smirk deepened. He raised a hand, and the rogue restraining Elara tightened his grip. She whimpered.A sound so small—so fragile—that it shattered every ounce of restraint I had left.“I swear with my own life, Ardan,” I growled, my voice raw with fury, “if you so much as touch her—”He laughed.Actually laughed.Like this was amusing. Like he wasn’t holding my world in his filthy hands.“My, my,” he mused, pacing toward me with slow, deliberate steps. “You really do have a soft spot, don’t you?” His gaze flickered to Elara. “I wonder… does she share your

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 435: Deal with the Enemy

Astrid’s POVThe journey to Ardan’s stronghold felt longer than it should have. They forced me to walk.Through the forest, over uneven terrain, my wrists bound in iron shackles laced with wolfsbane, burning against my skin with every step.I didn’t fight them. Not because I couldn’t.But because every second I stalled, every moment I made them think I was truly broken, brought me closer to Elara. That was all that mattered. The rogues surrounded me in a loose formation, their laughter and whispered taunts filling the night air. They didn’t see me as a threat. Not anymore. They saw a woman who had given up, a mother who had walked willingly into the lion’s den. That was their first mistake.Their second?Letting me breathe. As we moved deeper into rogue territory, my thoughts remained sharp, focused. I counted our path, memorized the turns, the landmarks, the scent markers. If I survived this, if I found a way to get Elara out, I needed to know exactly how to escape. If I didn't… then

  • Reclaiming My Broken Luna   Chapter 434: Into the Lion's Den

Astrid’s POVThe rogues had been waiting for me.They lingered in the shadows, motionless, like predators poised for the perfect moment to strike. Their eyes glowed eerily in the dim light of the moon, flickering with something sinister—anticipation. They knew I was coming. My stomach twisted, but I forced my expression into something unreadable, my shoulders squared as I stepped forward. I came alone. No weapons. No resistance. Complete surrender. It was the only way.If I fought back, if I hesitated for even a second, Ardan might change his mind. He might keep Elara. He might hurt her.And that was a risk I wasn’t willing to take.I took slow, deliberate steps into the clearing, my heartbeat steady despite the way my wolf clawed at the inside of my skin, urging me to turn back, to fight. Not yet.I exhaled, tilting my chin upward as I finally stopped before them. The group of rogues—at least a dozen—remained silent for a moment, assessing me. Then one of them, a tall, lean man with

He often woke up in the middle of the night, demanding to see us and he would always look so terrified. I stood at the Packhouse entrance, my wolf raging to break free, my warriors prepared to track Astrid before she got too far. Every instinct inside me screamed at me to run, to chase her down, to drag her back before she made the biggest mistake of her life. But my son needed me.For a single, agonizing moment, I hesitated. Then I turned on my heel and strode toward the infirmary, my boots pounding against the floor, my fists clenched so tightly my nails cut into my palms. The Packhouse was eerily quiet, the usual hum of distant conversations and footsteps replaced by an unbearable stillness.I sat on the edge of the bed, my fingers twisting the fabric of my shirt, my thoughts a hurricane raging inside me.Elara.Her name was carved into every thought, every breath, every aching second that passed. She was out there, in the dark, in the hands of the man who wanted nothing more than to see me broken. And I was still here. Waiting.I had tried. I had tried to listen to Killian, to hold on to the logic that we could save her together, that there was a plan, a chance.
