I will mourn those who fell. None of them should have died. Even my brother's misguided steward left this world confused and very much alone. How will he find his family in the great deep beyond if he doesn't even remember his name?

I seriously contemplated letting Ona die. But she is one of my favorite characters. I may even write a spin-off just about her. What do you think of Kora? Does she deserve a chance at redemption? If you are enjoying the story, consider leaving it a gem or two. Every vote helps this story receive promotions and reach more readers. Thank you all for reading my story!

I am so glad you’ve kept Ona alive! She is one of my favourite characters too! I hope this is leading to redemption for the whole family. Kora seems to be a survivor story. She wasn’t give a choice to do the things she did, acting against her own moral compass has torn the moral fabric of her being.

Thank you for keeping her alive. My heart is already broken for Orion and Kora. Hopefully, they will also live.
