I think I've fallen

"...Huuu....."

Agatha deeply sighed and tried to calm her tense nerves. Afterward, she focused her eyes on her steps since she was currently climbing up a long staircase. The staircases in the academy were child's play compared to the one in this mansion. Her pair of stilettos were no jokes too, so it would be a complete tragedy once she slips or tumbles down. Paul was not with her this time so there would be no one to help her up or prevent her from falling. In short, she had to be extra careful.

When she finally stepped into the second floor, she finally breathed a sigh of relief.

However, that vanished when her eyes unconsciously passed by the right wing. There, the busy maids and house-helpers tidying the accursed room didn't escape her notice.

Agatha's lips twitched a little when she remembered just exactly what caused this house-helpers to frown, and for that short while, she didn't know what to think.
