Worry was in Paul's eyes. The woman's rage could be seen. She was still badly fuming and huffing for breath even though the tall brown building before them had long tumbled down, reduced into rubbles and dust.

The two of them did not pay Ver Drilon any attention when the man arrived and exclaimed surprise at them. The guy sported a dumbfounded expression at the sight he saw upon arriving. He asked himself, 'I'm already late?'

"Where's the damn base keeper of this site?!" Ver shouted.

Agatha who was trembling in anger threw him a murderous look which was different from the one she gave him days ago. The latter was just a warning. But this time, the redness in her eyes was telling him she would really put an end to his life if he gets into her already tense nerves again.

Ver gritted his teeth but followed its suggestion. He looked around but found no other living person nearby.

Paul walked to Agatha's side and pulled her into her embrace. Like a frozen statue, she allowed hers
