4|| The new generation

The three had told Kyana about their interaction with one of the guardians named Pamela, who they learnt was Adrian's twin, and they also told her about how they were told to keep everything discreet to everyone

Kyana, too, told them about her interaction with Adrian and the forest. However, she couldn't tell them about her interaction with the Moon Goddess herself since something inside her was telling her to keep that only to herself, and so she did.

She told them everything excluding the meeting with the moon Goddess and what she had said, though Kyana told them that Adrian had taken her to a place which he later described as their home, where the guardians live and the four were more determined than ever to do everything to protect the guardians from harm. They were even willing to keep it a secret from their mates as well.

"Let us forget that we ever met them. That way, we won't seem suspicious in front of our mates," Kat stated, biting on her apple.

"No, idiot! We can not act like it never happened because it did. Just let us not make a big issue out of it. Like Kyana said, they showed themselves to us for a reason, and they even entrusted us with something, so we'll keep their words and be responsible. We are the Lunas of our packs, after all." Amy said, and the others agreed to it.

Days and months passed by after the incident, and everything was fine and going smoothly. They levelled up the art of masking secrets and information from their mates. Amy, along with Bianca, got pregnant once again. Mathew, Samuel, and Jayden were already a year old, and Amy and Bianca were seven and eight months pregnant each.

"Dadda!" Mathew suddenly cried out, catching everyone's attention, but the pairs laughed out loud when they saw Sameul and Jayden painting on Mathew's face rather than their books.

"They surely love doing it. How many times has it already been?" Bianca asked while she motioned Frank to pick Mathew up and clean his face, or else he'd sulk all day long.

"You think we'd keep count knowing they love painting and colouring baby Mathew's face so much? I wonder how they would turn out when they grow older. Would they be as close as they are now?" Amy asked, eyeing the two who were now, fuinally painting on their books attentively.

"I don't know. Let's hope they do." Kat said, leaning her head on her mate's shoulder.

A few months later, Amy and King were once again parents to an Alpha boy, and the same was for Bianca and Frank, who had another Alpha baby boy. They named them Lucas and Zee, respectively. Lucas was a month old while Zee was two months old, and their birth was just like any other werewolf pup, unlike their elder brothers.

After their birth, however, when the two mothers and their pups along with Kat and Kyana were alone in the birthing room, the four enchanters had visited them, giving their blessings to the two.

Kat, Kyana, Amy, and Bianca had gradually gotten close with the guardians, all the while keeping their identities discreet from others. They had even met the other two enchanters, guardian Dean of the east and guardian Nader of the west, and they also learnt the fact that they were the lovers of the twins.

●A year later●

The land of Arthdal flourished and grew stronger over the span of two years, and people from faraway lands too came to know of the existence of the once Moon Goddess inhabited land, Arthdal.

Alpha Pete and Luna Kao were fianlly expecting their first child, being the last pair among the others to have children.

Kyana was around five months pregnant when she noticed something wrong. "Pete!" Kyana yelled for her mate from their bedroom, and moments later, Pete came running like a madman and stood in front of his beautifully smiling mate. "Wha...what happened, love? Why were you screaming?" Pete asked, panting.

"Don't you think something is wrong with me?" Kyana asked, pointing towards her now, obviously showing baby bump. Pete just looked at his mate unbelievably since he thought something was wrong and that's why he could hear his mate yell his name in her loudest voice, but he really wasn't expecting it to be a stupid question such as this. "The hell do you mean? You're pregnant, that's all I can see." Pete deadpanned.

"Stupid Alpha! I mean, it's bigger than it usually is." Kyana said as she looked at herself in the mirror and caressed her swollen belly.

Pete walked towards Kyana and stood behind her, catching their reflection on the mirror, and he wouldn't deny that his mate's belly was indeed bigger than others. "Let's take you to the head healer and get you checked. Are you ok with it?" Pete asked as he hugged his wife lovingly.

"Took you too long to ask. Stupid Alpha." Kyana said and smacked her mate's hands off her belly.

"Ouch! What was that for?" Pete asked, caressing his abused hand.

"Stop whining, let's go. I have to go meet my bitches after dropping by the hospital. Drag your ass down." Kyana stated as she went out of the bedroom.

"She's becoming more sassy day by day and that month'sturning awful each day. But I still love her." Pete giggled hopelessly in love as he exited the room and went to his mate.

Hours Later

"What's up bitches!" Kyana yelled cheerfully as she entered the meeting room of the Snow Moon Pack.

"Her behaviour is very questionable. What kind of kids is she carrying, for her personality to literally alter? " Kat said as she nudged Bianca, who nodded her head in agreement.

"Why are you getting weirder day by day, Kyana?" Amy asked as she eyed her best friend curiously.

Kyana sighed dramatically and looked at her best friends before speaking, "That is because I am pregnant, dummies," Kyana stated as a matter of fact.

"We were pregnant as well, me and Amy twice on top of that, but you're...weirder..." Bianca said as she looked at Kyana closely.

"You weren't weird because you didn't have to carry three pups at the same time!" Kyana said, huffing as she crossed her arms, disappointed at her friends.

All of their eyes widened at that, and they looked at Kyana with astonishment while the Alphas turned to look at Pete for confirmation, who nodded his head sheepishly and rubbed his nape.

"Oh my god! Triplets! Yay! If your babies turn out to be cute, give each of them to us, please." Kat exclaimed in delight and teased, clasping her hands together.

Kyana smacked her hand and waved her finger left and right, indicating a no. "They'll obviously be cute. Trust my genes, guys, and no! I ain't giving my babies to you three. Huh!" She stomped her feet before going to her mate with her puffed cheeks.

"What are you smiling at?" Kyana asked, frowning.

"You look fucking cute, making me want to bite those soft and plump cheeks." Pete replied bashfully making Kyana blush a little.

"Stop flirting and let us enjoy girls' time. Kyana, come here, we've got a lot to catch up with!" Bianca exclaimed, tugging Kyana to walk with them to their usual gathering place in the backyard patio.

"Guess buddies, We're on our own." Pete said, looking at his friends while their mates were completely in their own world, happyily ignoring them.

4 months later

"High Alpha!" Mark said, dashing inside the meeting room recklessly, which was very unlike him.

Pete was irritated since the annoying elders were present, and the meeting was somewhat important. He didn't like being disturbed as it would only stretch the meeting longer, and he wanted to go back to his mate and soon to-be-born pups.

"What?" He scowled.

"Alpha...Lu... Luna...she..she was found unconscious in the forest of the pack borders. She is in the pack hospital." Mark said, sweating and trembling profusely seeing the rage in the High Alpha's eyes.

Without a word, he dashed out of the pack house, ignoring the elders and reaching the pack hospital. "Where is my mate!" Pete growled in anger as the wolves in front of him whimpered in fear.

"Al...alpha....th...this..way..." A beta nurse said approaching Pete with her trembling body since his pheromones were very dominating, forcing all of them to subjugate, including the not so strong alphas.

He said nothing and silently followed the nurse to a room where he saw his mate being prepared for birthing. Seeing this, his eyes widened. "What is happening? Now?" He asked with widened eyes.

The nurses couldn't utter a word but only nod. "Speak you fools! What is happening?" He growled once again, making all of them tremble under his authoritativeness, but however, he stopped when he heard a familiar whimper.

Without saying anything, he rushed towards his mate and feathered kisses all over his mate's face, holding her hand tight in his. "What happened, baby?" Pete asked his mate.

"I don't know Pete, I felt this sudden strange and negative feeling, and then the next moment I was in the pack borders. I don't know how I got there and after that, I woke up here with no recollection whatsover. Pete- Ahhhhh....." Kyana said, gripping her mate's hands tight when a wave of contraction passed through her.

"Calm down, love, it's ok. Everything will be fine." Pete tried to calm his mate down, which worked a little before she whimpered and cried in pain. "The fuck you all doing here? Can't you see she's in pain!" Pete yelled in anger at the nurses seeing his mate in pain.

"I'm...sorry...but we need to wait for the pups to turn since they are emitting unusually high energy. Luna's in a lot of pain, and the pups are draining all of her energy, making her weak, so it will be difficult for her to give birth in her human form." The head nurse explained.

"Is this even possible? Normally, we all turn at the age of 4. And how will she turn when she'spregnant? Its impossible! " Pete exclaimed.

"It isn't normal, but it isn't abnormal too. Triplets are rare, and when that happens, normally, their birth is done in the wolf form. It has only been seen twice. Our Luna's the third and shifti g during pregancy is harmful but if you open your bond and block her temporarily after taking the pain of her shifting,it is possible" The nurse said with a smile on her face.

"Though the amount of energy overflowing from the children is not quite seen." The other nurse added with a frown

They were brought out of their talk when they heard a shrilling scream. "What's wrong, love?" Pete asked, panicking.

"It's time. High Alpha, please be there to support your mate." The head healer said, entering and looking at Pete before turning to Kyana.

"Luna, I want you to gather all your strength and shift for your pups to be able to come out. Kyana looked at Pete once who nodded his head and the next moment Kyana gathered all her strength and shifted into her wolf form, for the first time letting anyone else other than Pete and their friends, see her wolf form. The process was much easier since all the pain of shifting was taken away by Pete.

Her wolf was huge with an exceptionally rare white fur, and her tail was the most beautiful part of her body, extending longer than normal wolves. The nurses were in awe seeing their Luna's wolf form but were broken from their trance when they heard a low growl coming beside the Luna's side.

The alpha is pissed.

Without wasting another second, the nurse told Kyana to push, and she did as told. Being in her wolf form and giving birth was easier and less painful than in her human form.

Soon, three beautiful girl omega pups were introduced in the world and were placed beside their mother.

"They're special, High Alpha Pete." The head nurse told Pete before leaving them alone.

Pete was confused at first as to why she said that, but he understood its meaning once he saw his pups. All three have shining sliver fur with a tinge of royal blue and pure white highlights on some parts.

"They're beautiful, Kyana. Our pups are beautiful." Pete said, adoring his pups. Three omega daughters. He was determined to protect them with his life. He knew he had to.

He turned to look at his mate, who shifted back into her human form and stroked her hair lovingly. "You alright love?" Pete asked Kyana, who nodded and smiled softly.

"Did you give them names yet?" She asked.

"I have been waiting for you, though I have some names in mind," Pete said.

"Giselle," Kyana said, looking at their eldest daughter.

"Gwen and Gia," Pete said, looking at the other two.

"Perfect!" They heard the voices of their friends behind them.

They smiled and walked towards them and were stunned. "They're beautiful." The three Lunas cooed in adoration before Bianca whisper screamed, "And oh my god! They are girls!"

"Can we have one of them, please!" The three snapped their heads towards Kyana, looking at her with their doe eyes and clasping hands.

"NEVER!" Kyana huffed and covered herself along with the triplets with the duvet, making others burst into laughter.

A smile was seen in one of the heavenly beings. They all felt it.

The guardians looked towards the direction of the pack houses and smiled. So it has officially begun.
