Special chapter : Let's celebrate the 50th chapters!

Oh? Max? You've got the invitation too?" Cecilia took a seat beside him. She looks a bit surprised to see max in this small white wall room.

There are only three white leather couches and one oval wooden table." Yeah. An old woman, with thick glasses, gave it to me."

"Eh, don't be so rude! She is the author of this story. Wintersnow-nim. Besides, she hasn't reach thirty yet."

Max rolled his eyes, "I'm just trying to be honest."

"Moreover, I wonder why did she invite us? Is there something wrong?"

"Maybe she got any writer's block or something."

Cecilia gasped, "Oh! What if she will make an announcement about her hiatus?"

Max's eyes widen as big as a saucer. He draws his sword with gritted teeth. Of course, he can't let it slide. How could that heartless author will announce that news when he hasn't confessed his feeling yet? "She better not."

"Move, Masked Man. You can't sit beside an unmarried woman."

"Father! It's good to see you again!" Cecilia rose from her chair and clasped her hand.

Armano casually take a seat between this couple. "Yes, My Dear. I've got an invitation for a strange woman who keep calling me as 'Daddy.'"

Cecilia giggled, "I can blame her, though. You are the best father in the world!"

"Hmm, I think that's not what she meant to." Max snort softly. "But, I think everyone is to come. There are only three chairs here."

At the same time, a small white paper fall to Cecilia's lap. "Wah! It's like a magic!"

"There is something written on it." Armano look at the paper with curiously gaze.

"Then, I will read it to you," She cleared her throat before start reading. "'Hello everyone, Wintersnow is here! Thank you for coming to this small gathering despite your tight schedule. First, I want to say thank you for all the readers who support this story until this 50th chapters!'"

"Wait, we got a reader? Someone DID read this story?" Max asked while his eyebrow raised a bit. "I never know about it."

"So do I." Armano put his palm to the chin.

"You might as well lend her some money, Cecilia. Look like this Wintersnow faced some financial trouble." Max snickered while Armano nodded in agreement.

"It is not a big deal for a powerful family like Lancia."

Max tilted his head." I never thought that we got so many supports from everyone. Seems like Elaine Carline gave us so many gems. I hope she didn't regret it."

"You are right. Since the gems are so valuable. Even Lancia's wealth can't manage to buy any. However,  the competition between 2nd and 3rd place were so tight." Armano crossed his arms and nodded.

"Woah! I never expected that you two will get along." Cecilia smiling warmly.

"Of course, no."

Armano and Max exchanging a glance before look at Cecilia again. Give her a sign to continue to read the paper.

But, Cecilia shrugged. "It's done."

"Wait, if I'm not mistaken, she mentioned that there is a deadly pandemic spreading in her area. The government asked every citizen to quarantine."

"Pandemic? Like Cadia?" Cecilia seems panicked.

"She called it as Corona or something. This disease attacked our respiratory system. It's quite big deal. There are so many people dying because of this."

Cecilia's eyes gotten moist. "Oh my! I hope everyone is doing well. Please stay safe and healthy, dear our reader! We should be using mask as a protection. And avoid the crowds to minimize the virus spreads."

Armano nodded, "Just like Doctor Hambbell once said, vitamins are playing an important roles in our body. So, please take some."

"More importantly, wash your hands too. Because every disease came from food that eaten with dirty hand. Be careful and stay healthy."

"Hmm, I want to do something, though." Cecilia pouted.

But a second later, another paper come to her lap. "Oh! It's from Wintersnow-nim again. She wrote, 'I will open QuestionAndAnswer room at the next special chapter. So, if the readers has something to ask. Please do not hesitate to write one. I will try my best to answer.'"

"Hmm, that's a nice idea. I should ask her about the future." Max rub his chin with his index finger.

"Hey, you can't ask for a spoiler, Max! Maybe we should be doing some fan service like this." She said, while crossed her thumb and index finger together.

"What is this?" Her father asks in confusion.

"It shaped like a heart, Father. Maybe, I can do nothing for this pandemic. But, I hope this heart finger can help you to smile through these hard days. Don't worry everyone! Everything will be okay in the end. Keep fighting!"

"You are right, Chili! These storm will pass too! And we can see the rainbow again."

Armano narrowed his brows,"You called my daughter what?"

"Isn't it cute, Father?"

"Cute???" Then Armano draw his sword and face the masked man with disgusted eyes. "You made those silly nicknames to my beloved daughter? Over my dead body!"

Max smirked and took a step back. Fighting with the Grim Reaper of the Battlefield seem interesting. But, when he noticed Cecilia's face pale, he changed his mind, "Its a nice idea. But, I think I should go. There are so many things to do."

Armano gritted his teeth when he saw that masked man disappeared into the mist.

"Father, don't be like that. He likes to playing around."

"I hope so." He said after put his sword back. "Honestly, I want to spend more time with you. But, Hambbel must be waiting for me."

"It is okay, Father. Please be careful and don't work too hard."

They hug for a moment before Armano left this room.

Max reappeared again and said, "He is indeed a scary man. Anyway, there is something happened on the island. You should go now."

"Ah, wait! We should say goodbye for the readers."

"Yes, you are right. And we should tell them that next chapter is going to be the normal one."

"Then, see you at the next special chapter!" Cecilia waving her hands to every direction with bright smile.

Max flicked his hand and both of them disappear from the sight.
