The Blood Thrall was interesting, it seemed to be a lesser caste of Vampire, originally probably an elf or a human who was infected with the blood of a Vampire but that was not able to fully become one, and ended as a feral humanoid monster with some beastly vampire-like capabilities. After it was exposed to miasma and named, it evolved into a High Blood Elf, regained sentience, and acquired abilities similar to Natalia, becoming an SSS-Rank monster.
