Chapter six

 Fredrick

I could not believe that our plans just crumbled right before us. "What should I do now?" I thought in my head confused and cold Shivers ran swiftly down my spine.

Accepting me was the only guarantee that I would ever get to be the Alpha of the pack because her people were way too powerful for me.

Then, a deadly thought struck me, a thought that made cold Shivers run down my spine.

"What if she has found out about our plans?" My subconsciousness yelled out from the inside of me and a large lump went down my spine.

But I shook off the thoughts from my head almost immediately. It could not be possible that she found out anything about the plan.

Except, of course, somebody told her about it. But it was just Kate, her mom, and the Alpha that knew about our plans.

"No, it couldn't have linked out, it's way too impossible." I shook my head once again.

She might have certainly Rejected me due to other factors and not because she found out about anything. I would have to go and find her right away and talk to her.

Maybe even touch her with my sensitive Hands that always made her shiver with excitement, that touch that she could never resist.

Now, I had to find her as soon as I could. I got up from my seat and began to walk away from the crowd that was already shooting piercing stares at me.

I walked through the hall, searching for her but something really weird happened. I saw her with someone else and my heart almost skipped a beat.

"Could that be?" I thought in my head confused.

I had to find out as soon as possible. When I eventually drew closer to them, I discovered that it was no other than Alpha Damon, the Alpha of the strongest pack in the Werewolf race.

He wasn't chosen as the Alpha yet but apart from him, he has already been chosen because there is certainly no one to oppose his rule.

"But what could Aurora be doing with him?" My subconsciousness yelled out from the inside of me.

I stared at their expression closely. The stare in her eyes and his eyes was way too piercing and it said more than I could ever think of.

I could feel a surge of hate and anger towards him mixed with so much jersey.

"Or could it be that he is the reason that he had even Rejected me Back there?" I thought again.

I could not allow this to happen. Even though I never actually liked her, I had made her believe that she is mine, and seeing her with someone else was enough to trigger my journey.

"I can't allow him to have her," I said to myself and I began to advance gradually towards them.

Immediately Aurora saw me, she pulled her eyes away from me almost immediately and I was beginning to wonder why she did that.

"And who are you?" The Alpha turned towards me with so much hate and anger in his voice.

I stare at him for a while, not even knowing what to tell him there.

"It should be the other way around. Is she my betrothed? Who are you and what are you doing here? This doesn't look like your pack does it?" I shot at him but he didn't seem the slightest bit moved and the frown hanging on His face remained.

"What did you just say?" She returned to me with her jaws split apart in shock.

But before she could say any word further, I pulled her to myself and I Whispered silently into her ears.

"Aurora, please come with me, we need to talk and iron things out together," I whispered into her eyes and she pulled away from me almost immediately.

"There is nothing for us to talk about Fredrick, I am afraid. I have already made up my mind and I don't think that anything can happen between the two of us again." She returned to me and I could feel hate and anger rising to my throat, so bad that I had to clutch my hands to control it.

I was still trying to persuade her to accept me so flaming up with anger was only going to blow things up for me.

"And what are you still doing here?" She returned to the Alpha Standing right beside her.

"So you have already chosen someone else over me right?" He returned to her and I wondered what exactly he was talking about.

"What is he talking about?" I inquired of her but she shook her head almost immediately.

"Nothing that can interest you." She returned to me.

I watched Alpha Damon's expression closely and I could see anger written all over it. He wanted to spill out something from his mouth but then, there was a loud Cry from behind and everyone in the room turned towards the direction of the sound almost immediately

It was one servant and from the mark on His neck, I could tell that he was from Alpha Damon's pack.

He walked briskly towards us and he Bowed before Alpha Damon just as I had expected.

"Alpha Damon, your presence is needed urgently in the pack house." The servant returned to him shivering hard with fear and I was sure cold shivers were already running down His Spine.

I have heard a lot of stories about Alpha Damon being Cruel but I never really knew that he was feared by the members of the pack.

"I will be at the pack house in a few minutes." He returned to the and the servant bowed once again before walking off from the place.

He shot a glare at the both of us and swept off from the place without spilling a single Word from his mouth.

I stared at him until he was away from the place and I returned my gaze to Aurora Who pulled her eyes away from me almost immediately.

"Fredrick, I think that we will have to part ways so that this feeling will stop growing inside of us." She returned to me and my face brightened with shock.

I could not allow this to happen, it would mean that the plan that was spent time plotting all this while will be aborted and we would have to start again From the beginning.

"Fredrick, you will have to do something about this." My subconsciousness yelled out from the inside of me.

I Walked gradually towards her and held her by her hands gently so that she was going to feel every single one of what I was about to say.

"Darling Aurora, how can you say that to me?" I returned to her but the weird stare on her face.

"But I thought I told you already, my people won't allow me to be with you. What else do you want me to do?" She returned to me with so many tears in her eyes and I drew her closer to myself.

Before I could even say another, I could see a stream of tears pouring down slowly from her eyes while she continued to stare at me without spitting out a single word from her mouth.

"AURORA, should we allow our family and our quest to pull the strong love that we have already cultivated for ourselves apart?" I inquired slowly and gently.

"But.." She tried to say but I didn't allow her to spit out a single word out of her mouth. I placed my fingers gently on her lips so that she would not have the chance to say a single Word.

"No buts Aurora. Just listen." I said to her,

"Listen to what?" She finally forced her to speak out.

"Listen to what?" She inquired.

"Listen to my heart beating Aurora and you are going to find out the truth and what to do.." I returned to her.
